Great company, have used on a few occasions to buy gifts never been left down. High quality fast delivery.

First of all, no I don't work for this company,

I do feel the need to tell as many people about this company as there are a good few different things that not only stood out to me but also blew me away in terms of how they went more than above and beyond to make sure I my experience with them left a lingering mark, and yes, I say experience as I had more than a few questions which took up Thier valuable time yet they approached each query, each question as each question was the first question and nothing was to simple or complicated to answer. I know for me as a smoker of over 30 years and most others who indulge in cigars, it isn't as simple as just a purchase.. everything from researching cigars, joining like minds in discussing and the experience of smoking alone or with in a group setting, it's more an experience. I was left in no doubt that 'Toro Puro' not only understands this but approaches Thier working model based on these principles this becoming a big part of the over all experience.

Beyond this, Thier knowledge, guidance, professional manner that feels more comfort than corporate, speedy response on all levels, and, very important in this world, their prices are exceptional.

If you are unsure weather to try this company over your loyalty to one you may have been using for years, please take a look at the very least. I can guarantee for those that may not be so knowledgeable or maybe only just starting out, or even those that have been stuck with the same old same like I was with Cuban cigars, if you reach out to discuss any of these or anything else you will at least come away feeling as though you have learnt something new that day.
Its a good feeling to know that there are still those companies out there that are out and out customer focus first and foremost,above all else.
