Torres Hike made the process of making reservations for our Torres Del Paine hike so easy. Instead of having to visit at least five separate websites and ensuring compatible reservations ourselves, we were able to book everything from park entry tickets, bus tickets, catamaran tickets, and campsite/meal reservations from one centralized website with a simple user interface that makes it easy to keep track of status. The service fees were extremely reasonable and well worth it for the value the service provides. I had one question during the process, and Jana got back to me quickly with the answer I needed. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone interested in organizing a trip to Torres Del Paine.

All great, thank you. Food was excellent. Reservations easy to access on campsite arrivals. Friendly staff every time! Well done, and we often reflect on the huge logistics behind that working each day. Amazing.

The only problem we had was before hand, being forced to book spaces where we had to use supplied sleeping bags and tents some nights when we carried them all the way.

Lo más grave es que operan al margen de la ley: no figuran en el Registro Nacional de Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos de SERNATUR, incumpliendo la Ley 20.423 que obliga a estar registrado para ofrecer estos servicios. Se hacen pasar por agencia oficial, pero son solo revendedores ilegales.
Te venden espacios en los campings más sucios a precios abusivos (200 USD por una carpa en mal estado y comida que causa problemas estomacales), ocultando que hay opciones mucho mejores en la zona. Además, aunque cobran altas tarifas de "gestión", son incapaces de cancelar servicios de transporte a tiempo.
El W/O Trek con ellos es una estafa. Es mucho mejor y más seguro visitar Torres del Paine por el día desde Puerto Natales.

Made the whole process very easy from the buses to refugios and meals so I could just enjoy the trek

Very happy with the company. We had to pivot from an Aconcagua attempt to something at lower elevation and managed to book a Torres del Paine O-circuit 3 days in advance with Torres Hike. They seem very well plugged into the booking systems of the other companies and can give you near-realtime availability for camping. This was super helpful as we were putting an 8 day trip together - last moment, with some limited flexibility on dates. The other part I loved is that they were transparent about their fees and didn't just give you a total price for some bundle where they doubled the cost into a "package". In our case, the fees ended being about 15% - a lot better than what I've seen at other places. Definitely worth it for us, not risking the booking across multiple systems and then getting the park entry permit with the properly filled application. The descriptions they share of each day on the trip were almost like having a guide too. One little suggestion - integrate the transfer bus ride from park entrance to Torres Central. We were lucky we had some cash for the bus, thought it was included. Other than that, the trip was smooth and everything was booked properly and worked as expected - thanks!

one of the worst websites, took me 6 hours to get almost nothing done

Had to postpone my trip due to a very difficult work situation and therefore lost all the money for the services I booked and would have to pay the full amount again when booking again in february.
Exeedingly upsetting and sad....

We had great weather. The trails in the park are partly very bad. The service in Los cuernos and Chileno was bad, food mediocre, staff unfriebdly. Sanitary infrastructure in general basic. For the hefti prices you feeel insulted. Internet is charged at horrible rates. Save your money for better places.

How reassuring is it that when one of the most famous hiking destinations in the world has one of the most complicated booking systems in the world, that Torres Hike puts everything on one screen and makes things super duper easy.
This company has saved the global hiking community from mountains of stress and has brought the dream of adventure in Patagonia to life.
Their customer service is extremely friendly and attentive and can solve your problems quickly. They give you that special feeling of reassurance and of being looked after, that you are being listened to and are in good hands. You don’t need that stress of planning when you go to these sorts of places.

The assistance I’ve received from Veronika and Jana has been indispensable during and after the ease of booking our trek on their platform. Their customer service and communication style is beyond measure.

I’m still in the process of planning our arrival and departure to the Park. They’ve been helpful with the logistics in that effort as well. They are knowledgeable and if they don’t know they suggest options and advise on who to contact to find out.

Using Torres Hike was excellent, booking the W Trek & our transportation was so easy and efficient.
I highly recommend them.
