Great way to see how to book all your campsites which can be confusing without the site

It is great that this site exists, because navigating camping reservations in Torres del Paine park on different websites and organizing your trek would be very cumbersome. I also liked a lot that the system remembered my credentials between different trials on booking. But still there is space to improve (maybe on the side of the camp providers), because it happened to us couple of times, that we were almost finished and then the system told us, that given combination is not possible.

Uncomplicated reservation system! The staff are friendly and very responsive to questions. They'll also assist you in building a personalized itinerary.

Having all the W Trek information in one place made the reservation process easy. The information includes the number of kilometers hiked per day, meal options, bus and boat information. Hike Torres even has a process for making changes.

It was nice to be informed when the bookings could be done. I few glitches at the beginning with the campsite operators.

The website is intuitive to navigate. When making reservations, I feel like I have enough information to make the decision on which camp to book, things like distance and difficulty of hikes between each camp.

I had anxiety about booking the O-circuit. I've booked many treks in other parts of the world before and knew how cumbersome and challenging it could be. Add in that there's two companies that manage the refugios/campgrounds (opening up reservations at different times too!) and it felt like chaos potential. Enter Torres Hike. I haven't finished the hike yet (slated for Dec '24) but so far the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Email updates every step of the way and I got everything I asked for. Thanks team for all of your help, I'll surely be passing along your details to any friends that wish to do either hike in the future.

Securing accomodations on the W are confusing and a bit stressful because of timing and competition for sites. Torres Hike not only made it "one stop shopping" convenient, but they were also very clear in their communications, kept me informed, and were responsive.

Torres Hike made planning for a key portion of our upcoming trip very seamless! They communicated well and worked out booking issues on our behalf. Would definitely book through Torres again.
