I like that withdrawals don’t feel like a process. Requested one and it just went through

I have $3,500 stuck in my ToshiBet account. They accused me of multi-accounting — I have never created more than one account on this platform, and they have provided absolutely no evidence to support this claim. No IP data, no documentation, nothing. Just a blanket accusation and frozen funds.
I sent a formal legal demand to their support team on June 15, 2026. No resolution.
This is a tactic I've seen other players report — label someone a "multi-accounter" with no proof and keep their money. There is no transparent process, no way to appeal, and no real response from their team.
I have filed a complaint with Casino Guru and will be escalating to the Anjouan Gaming Commission. If you are considering depositing at ToshiBet, be aware that your funds may not be safe.

I wagered over $118,000,000 on Toshi Bet across my time as a customer. I was their highest or one of their highest volume players. I am sharing my experience publicly because what happened to me needs to be documented.
Upon reaching the Poseidon VIP level — which requires approximately $100 million in wagering volume — I was repeatedly assured by VIP staff and by the owner of the casino personally that I would receive a Richard Mille watch as my reward. I was told other Poseidon members had received Richard Milles and even vehicles. I relied on those assurances. When I reached the threshold, they removed the Richard Mille from their promotional materials entirely, changed the qualification criteria without disclosure, and sent me a used Rolex worth approximately $14,000. The difference in value exceeds $200,000.
The owner personally assured me the GAMBLE token airdrop would launch in November or December 2025. It is now June 2026. No airdrop. I am sitting on approximately 1.38 billion accumulated tokens with no utility or value. I continued wagering at enormous volume specifically in reliance on that promise.
My account was banned on responsible gambling grounds at one point. I created another account with they allowed and fully aknowledged, and continued encouraging me to wager. They were fully aware of my circumstances and prioritised profit over their own responsible gambling obligations.
Most seriously — toward the end of 2025, the owner and the VIP team disabled screenshot functionality on all of our Telegram conversations. I believe this was a deliberate attempt to prevent me from preserving evidence. I was able to bypass it and all communications have been preserved.
A formal Letter Before Action has now been issued. I am pursuing this matter through the Scottish courts if necessary.
If you are a high volume player on this platform, document everything. They will smile at you on the way up, mislead you with false promises and rewards, and ghost you when you voice your experience and try to resolve it amicably. I am not the only VIP player to experience this, there are dozens of others I am in contact with who have very similar shady experiences with them.
