The worst and incompetent bank ever I have ever dealt with in 62 years diots.
This bank is so incompetent they call me almost every day since I opened the account and still can not get any help with the account 7 days and no help with account sometimes they call 4 times and over 53 emails but still can not get any help form totalbank and if you think you can link external account think again you can not do a "pull" with this bank they keep telling me you can but I called my banks and they said you can not link a pull so you can not get your money out they said on there web site it is easy but you are wrong it is impossible for me to set up I will be calling the office of currency and filing a complaint today well I would stay way run way form total bank if it was me.i do not know how they are in business or have a bank license.and now I just received another email saying I can not opt out my information I have to download form and print out copy and mail it back who has a printer now days no online form or phone number like all the banks idiots this is the kind of bank I am dealing with. It will get much worse I know for sure I think bank doesn't want you to have access to your money. I just tried to use plaid the web site and company said no totalbank how do you have a bank you can not link to. I think this is a circus not a bank I will let a you all know how bad this circus and totalbank is in the next days and weeks they still have a hold on my account and want copies of all my bank statements and I mean ALL banks account. Stay way. But after all this they took the 25000.00 want copies after funding the account with the same bank I have but they didn't send the money bank to the bank I funded the bank account with totalbank. What the hell is going on with this bank. All I have to say is good luck if you use this bank totalbank.i just received 2 calls form totalbank they said they want copies of all banks statements and said for 33 time close account and refund my money if the accounts are bad then why did you fund the account with bad bank account and have not refused the funding form the bank he said they want the money that's why.
I have opened hundreds of bank accounts and never even seen anything like this circus of a bank this is the information age AI not a 3rd world bank 62 years I have never ever seen such stupid and incompetent people no training personnel every call and email goes to idiots.if you want a bank with no actress to your money and a total problem and deal with incompetent and stupid bunch of idiots this is your bank totalbank or circus. And I forgot to tell you this is the best part it just gets better this totalbank is owned by city national bank of Florida and Florida state can not bank there the whole state of Florida said to me by the office of currency it just keeps getting better. Circus.I worder why Florida can not bank at totalbank because maybe you will have such a good time as me banking at totalbank and maybe it is to good for Florida.you will have to much fun and no time to do anything else calls and emails all the time I have at least 34 hours of calls and emails to these incompetent idiots and I think I have 50 hours more to come form if fanstic bank.i forgot to say I wish I lived in Florida so I never ever could have banked at totalbank. That would be so bad I would missed out of all this fun. Unbelievable how bad this circus of a bank is.
