Connor couldn't have been more helpful in securing funding for my new central heating system. I originally had an old warm air heating system in. There was a couple of hurdles I needed to overcome but Connor guided me through the process. Once approved, the work started within the week which involved insulating the roof. The wet system started a couple of days later and completed within two days! They worked Saturday to Sunday which was very helpful as I was available to be around. The tradesmen who came to fit the system were excellent. They were very friendly, professionally and their work was neatly done re-laying carpets and tidying up. I am so pleased to have had the work done by Total Carbon Savings.

I had a new boiler put in by Total Carbon Saving, the lady that was dealing with me was called Hawra, this lady went to all length to ensure everything got sorted out for me such a pleasant and wonderful person.
The guys who came and did the job were so wonderful they took so much pride in the work they did to ensure everything was perfect and everything was working well.
The best thing for me is when you get workers coming to do a job is that you can have a good laugh with them, they were so brilliant.
I can not thank total carbon saving enough for all that they did, fantastic team.

Total Carbon Savings, were absolutely amazing. what they did went above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful for what they did for me. Several months ago my boiler was condemned for being unsafe. I was given there number by my Energy Supplier. After calling them and proving eligibility I was accepted for a grant, I was granted a new Hybrid gas boiler and Heat pump, solar panels and loft and wall insulation, the latter I already had. I only had to wait a couple of weeks and work began. Everyone who came to fit the boiler, heat pump, scaffolders and electricians who fitted the Solar panels. These guys were fantastic, as I have Disability's these people moved furniture and cleared the areas they needed to work. Putting no pressure on me. These guys were fantastic. There work and help was first class and I can't thank them enough and I would also like to say a big thank you to Conner who was my go to guy

The work was done as quickly and efficiently my house feels loads warmer and the work has made a massive difference to the house overall well pleased

Tried a few different companies to help with our insulation, but Total Carbon Savings were by far the best. Prompt, excellent at answering queries, easy to understand and reliable. The first contact I had with Total Carbon Savings was with Bryn. Bryn explained everything to me and then got the ball rolling, the thing I was most impressed with was Bryn's attention to detail. Total Carbon Savings insulated my bungalow with all the correct ventilation, installed a heat pump with a new central heating system and solar panels. As the installation began Bryn handed me over to Connor who managed the incredible team of guys who fitted everything. Again Connor's attention to detail was very impressive I never had to chase anything, Connor sorted the whole thing out for me. The work is all completed now and what a fantastic job it is. I have recently had a combi boiler and an electric fire fitted the team were efficient, polite and very neat. I would definitely recommend them.

"We're going to hit you like a hurricane" one of the installers warned me with a grin. And they did. In a storm of action over a couple of weeks the house received a tremendous upgrade in all energy efficient measures as Connor at Total Carbon Savings pulled out the stops to organise and deliver everything possible in a brisk and professional fashion, which included the installers making sure they tidied up after themselves.
Wow. Is all I could seriously say as I sat back and admired every step of the process.

I know there are plenty of agencies out there touting themselves as ECO4 suppliers and I wasn't certain if this would work given the bad reputation of many out there but Connor and Total Carbon Savings made this experience one of the most rewarding I've received in years.

First class customer service from sales manager Connor Murray. He was very warm, receptive and helpful. The install of Boiler, heat pump and solar panel was very smooth and well organised from the Plumbers, electricians and scaffolding. The whole process was completed in a timely manner with great communication throughout.

Fantastic service from total carbon savings , I have to admit I was very sceptical about this but Connor and Sarah were great and talked me through the process and explained everything.
Within 2 weeks I had Lee and his team round who worked extremely hard in poor conditions and installed my new boiler in 1 day they were absolutely brilliant.
I can’t thank you guys enough. The after service was great too I’d recommend these guys to anyone

Had contact with TBS(Totalcarbonsavings).Beginning of Dec 2023,when Connor rang me about my application for the ecogreen scheme,by the 13th Dec 2023 i had a new boiler,new fancy radiator fittings,old back boiler out,and a focal point L.E.D electric fire put in as well,(didnt expect that).brand new A rated combi boiler installed,all radiators drained as well,its absolutely brilliant.Thanks to the yorkshire lads who did the install,Leigh,Andrew,Kieran,and of course a mention to Kevin,a suit with brains,( a scouse lad) very nice lad to deal with very knowledgable,Leigh,Andrew,Kieran who installed eveything were first class,quick and precise,a credit to (TCS) they arrived at 09.30 and by 1700hrs they had took a back boiler out,and gravity cistern,drained system,put new thermostatic rad controls on,installed a combi boiler,new flue,detectors installed,smart gadgets,everything,well done lads,thank you,and thanks toTotalcarbonsavings,especially Connor who got the ball rolling for me,nice guy,easy to deal with,very good communication,keeps you informed what is going on,thanks Connor,everybody worked hard and i appreciate that well done lads,and thank you Totalcarbonsavings what a great service,Ian M
