My first appointment exceeded my expectations. The podiatrist carried out a thorough health check before easily identifying my problem. That was expertly dealt with, and I walked out pain free. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt relaxed during my visit.

I thought my experience with Totalfoothealth was very pleasant and helpful, I have had a lot of pain in one foot and can’t walk very well, me feet were thoroughly examined and Scanned. I now look forward to getting insoles.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Emma was so thorough and knowledgeable in her examination of my feet. Especially when I hit her with many issues for an initial consultation. She made some wonderful suggestions for me to implement immediately. Which are already having a positive impact. She has given me hope and a plan to work with together going forward. On top of this, the care and kindness she showed to me about my issues and injuries was above and beyond. I can't recommend Emma highly enough.

From reception to examination and treatment, clear explanations were given and, where available, options offered. Cost estimates were freely offered and advice/guidance given. Very happy with the experience.

I was anxious ahead of my first appointment. Simple things like worrying how I’d remove my socks and put them back on again. I needn’t have worried because I was straightaway reassured that this was not a new concern and would be handled. I’m not used to anyone doing things for me; I grapple with them (not a pleasure!). But more than just this, Elizabeth, the consultant, was a calming source of expertise. I left much wiser, not still disaffected and motivated to do what I know I need to do. So my overlong toenails resulted in an hour that gave me succour and not least in helping me understand where I now lie as someone who has got type 2 diabetes. I could write much more. I am so glad that I met Elizabeth today.

Visited for an assessment of ongoing foot problems.
I was very impressed by the whole team experience from reception staff through to clinical. Mr Owen undertook a very thorough history and assessment of my feet. A Plan had been put in place with follow up arranged. A very prompt and efficient service all round. Thank you.
