Very poor customer service. Bought with reassurance of next day deliver. And I’m still waiting . Very poor😡
But customers service personally contacted to explain issues with the ping delivery of club head to say it due this week. As I’ve purchased a lot of equipment with no issues I highly recommend Total Golf.👏👏 😊🏌️

I was fitted irons at a local fitter & was quoted & £1600+ on a 3 week delivery. I picked up the exact same build for £1200. I even made a mess of the shaft selected, this was amended and sorted within hours of order.

Due for delivery within 4 days.

I was considering buying a new set of irons as I’d had my current set for about 30 years and they were bought second hand! I did some homework regarding the most suitable for my age and level of competence then looked online at prices. Totalgolfdiscount seemed like the best option so I ordered a set of Callaway Elyte X with graphite shafts. I went for 5i to SW and they came in at under £100 per club. They arrived promptly and the service I received was first class.
I don’t hesitate to recommend Totalgolfdiscount to anybody whether they’re interested or not!

Ordering via the website was very easy. Delivery before the expected date was great. Very quick response to email query was appreciated. On little complaint is that a known battery problem was not advised to me when purchasing and I had to chase about that. But overall very good and would use again

Ordered a LM 1 monitor and was kept fully informed about the delivery as they were waiting for stock to arrive.

Ordered a heavily discounted driver online. Although I was disappointed to then get informed it was sold out, was offered the latest rendition for £50 more. Much less than current rrp in all shops.
Very happy with the resolution and indeed the new driver!

Got fitted for some irons and was sat on the fence. Was doing some research to convince myself to buy, when total golf discount popped up. 10% off was the sign I needed. Placed an order, clubs were sent out minus one they didn’t have in stock, but said they’d send it on the following week when they had stock. Fair play - delivered on every word. From order to receiving was 3 days!! Excellent service. They will be having my custom again.

I recently purchased a new set of Ping Irons from TotalGolfDiscount. There was a slight hiccup due to Ping stock availability (out of their control) but Ollie immediately picked up the phone with a solution. It was nice to actually deal with a human, instead of an AI agent!

Oliver at total golf discount was an absolute gent when it came to ordering my ping G430’s. He took the time to understand what I needed and postponed the order when I was worried I hadn’t ordered the right spec (I was ordering online) so I could get a fitting locally.

Oliver kept me informed and even turned the clubs around super fast so o could have them for the weekend, on top of this total golf discount was the cheapest place I could find to buy the clubs.
