Toe Bar for TT GTS was order and arrived in good time from UPS. Outstanding service, well done to all.

Easy to choose with plenty of options on the website and delivery was very quick and efficient. I have had a TotalGym machine for years and it was getting tired, an upgrade was required and probably overdue - not because the equipment isn't durable, but because I actually use it!

Excellent service from this company straight forward ordering arrived early well pack and was delighted that the version I got was the Total Gym Fit Anniversary edition with so many attachments plus DVD to accompany the package which is so informative from how to set up all the attachments for the Total Gym and how to use safely just great they thought of everything for the customer to get straight on with your workout top marks

The delivery was really fast and kept updated with emails.

Cancelled the order over 2 weeks ago, still no refund! Chased them, no response. Avoid!

I purchased a new Total gym XLS online. They shipped the machine from the UK to my home in Spain with no problems. I highly recommend.

It's a great home system.
Completes a full body work out at your own level.

The customer service I received following a need to order two pins for the XLS wing attachment has been brilliant.

Ethics Leisure, and in particular Ava Chapman, went out of her way to assist me and ensured that I was continually updated on progress.

I cannot fault the customer service I received. It was excellent, many thanks Ava.

Excellent customer service. I had a few queries before placing my orders, and total gym shop where quick to answer my questions. I was kept up to date with my order all the way. It was delivered with care and writhing the era given.

Speedy great value for money and great follow up.

Excellent quality!

Great service!

I am incredibly pleased with the exceptional customer service and care provided by Ethnics Leisure. From start to finish, they truly exceeded expectations with their professionalism and reliability. The delivery was on time as promised, and they consistently kept me updated on the schedule, ensuring a seamless experience. The delivery team handled my order with care, skillfully managing a heavy 90kg item and getting it safely inside my house—a task that could not have been easy!

The complimentary exercise video, though slightly delayed, eventually arrived, and I must say I’m overwhelmed by the sheer amount of exercises demonstrated. It'll take some time to explore them all! The timing of this delivery couldn’t have been more perfect, as the machine doubles as a rehabilitation tool recommended by my physiotherapist to aid in recovery. The machine itself is incredibly versatile, with granular adjustments to resistance levels that cater to all capabilities. Whether you need to ease discomfort or push yourself harder, the settings are easily adaptable to meet your needs. One standout feature is the adjustable glide board, which can be elevated to a horizontal position for better back support—a thoughtful design that was a major factor in my decision to invest in this device.

The build quality is outstanding, with a sturdy, commercial-grade design that feels like it’ll last for years. A particularly standout experience was when I spoke to the CEO directly while finalizing the details. I wasn’t interested in purchasing the entire package of attachments, but I only needed one specific kit. After our conversation, he kindly offered me just that attachment. He was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable.

There are also optional packages available for those looking to expand their workouts, including a weight bar for enhanced leg exercises—a great feature for anyone seeking more challenging routines. Total Gym’s long-standing reputation, built over 45 years in the industry, adds further confidence in my purchase. It’s such a relief to be able to work out at home, avoiding crowded gyms that often fail to deliver value for money. This device feels like a brilliant long-term investment for fitness, health, and rehabilitation.

Thank you, Ethnics Leisure, for such an exceptional experience!

This piece of equipment is exactly what I was looking for. I’m due for knee replacement surgery and I was looking for something that was low impact to aid my recovery, it came within 2 days and I set it up in around 90 seconds. It’s so easy to set up and fold away when your finished the whole family is using it and there is so many different core exercises you can do with it.
Absolutely fantastic piece of equipment I would thoroughly recommend it.

From the website i sent two emails with a question and pressed 'submit' but never got a response? Finally i rang and was dealt with professionally. However the product i wanted was in stock but at that point not advertised in the website?

Customer Service goes above and beyond.
Such a responsive and helpful advisor in Lily. Couldn’t have done any more to help me with both my order and the delivery.
Top product, exactly as described and super easy to assemble, pack away and use

Core-Tex Sit: Great piece of kit especially for back and hip pain. I work from home a lot and have integrated the Core-Tex Sit into my day so I use it at intervals throughout my day on my work chair and also as part of my workout routine. Definitely helped with my movement and reduced pain and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend.

Customer service was excellent from beginng to the point delivery.
