I never received my product and no communication
I never received my product but they haven't refunded me the cost and no communication regarding what is happening. Evri said there was a problem shipping it so the order is back with the sender, however, Totally Awesome Toys will not communicate with me. I've tried emailing and calling the number on the website, they still have my money and haven't told me what's going on.
Update: I received a full refund and they've been very apologetic about it!

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for both the delay in responding and the inconvenience caused
We have recently relocated our warehouse, and unfortunately some of our communication services were temporarily unavailable during the transition. As a result, we were unable to respond as quickly as we normally would
After investigating your order, we can confirm that the parcel was damaged during transit and was returned back to us by the courier before delivery could be completed
We have now issued a full refund, which should be returned to your original payment method shortly
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding

They sell products they don't have.
Amazon.com wouldn't let me leave a review because the package was never delivered. They sold me a jigsaw puzzle that they do not have in stock. Nobody contacted me to let me know it wouldn't be back in stock. They just took my money and left me confused. I will never order from this seller again.

After reviewing the situation, it appears this order was fulfilled through Amazon’s US fulfilment network (FBA), where Amazon manages the storage, stock allocation, and dispatch process directly
Unfortunately, in some cases Amazon may continue accepting orders while inventory is being transferred or processed within their network, which can occasionally lead to delays or cancellations outside of our direct control as the seller
Please note that we were not made aware by Amazon that the item would not be dispatched, otherwise we would have gladly assisted further
We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused

X shot long shot

Telescopic folding stool
Smith & Barker telescopic folding stool in red & black. Portable stool with carrying handle. Initially it is a little awkward to erect but after you have the nack how it works it is good to go. Tested on 12 stone weight and no creeping or movement. Can be used as small table also as stool. This is plastic. The stool was as expected and pleased with purchase. Something to keep in the boot of the car if out somewhere and no seating. Arrived in a timely manner, well packed and protected. Great price.

Your compay was great shame you were let down by the delivery company Evri.
My comments to them were:-
First time slot missed by 2 hours and when they did arrive during a second time slot the man just knocked and left the parcel in a prominent position so it could be viewed by anyone passing which could have resulted in a theft of parcel.
I note the Evri terms & conditions and it says if no one in they will make 3 further attempts, but I ask you how can you when you knock and run not caring if the owner has actually received the parcel.

Would have given no stars if possible
Would have given no stars if possible. Barrier netting is not the quality or weight that was advertised. I've tried to contact by telephone and email several times but got no response at all. Would not use again.
