Sarah's pilates classes always hit the spot! It really helps that she knows us and our various ailments, and she even tailors each class so that it addresses our individual issues on the day. My stiff neck and shoulders really benefit from these classes

Total Therapy is a local business well worth supporting. I do Pilates with Viv online (having attended the studio pre pandemic). The quality of teaching is of the highest standard, and there is an impressive choice of classes overall. I used to go to Adult Education but this is a cut above. They weathered Covid with creative thinking and a flexible business plan. I’ve always felt that customer care has been held as the highest priority and I feel lucky to have TT in my community.

I have recently joined a small (4/5 people) Pilates class with Total Therapy Studios. I completed an online form and was asked to go for an assessment with Sarah. She listened to my reasons for attending Pilates classes, offered various options and placed me in a suitable class with Viv. I have attended 3 of Viv’s classes which are pitched at a good level for me. Viv is attentive and encouraging, the studio in the Carfax is spotless and the equipment is new and high quality. I enjoy the sessions and am already beginning to feel the benefits.

Clinical Pilates has been a game changer for me, especially the online classes, which fit around work. The instructors are very experienced, professional, and cater for all abilities (I suffer with peripheral neuropathy). Would highly recommend Total Therapy.

I have been attending pilates classes at TTS for longer than I can remember. More than a decade. Their cumulative knowledge of the human body (and all its associated issues), their professionalism, care and customer service level are second to none. Try it - you will not be disappointed.

The Pilates lessons are excellent. I always look forward to them and the instructors are very helpful and knowledgable.

I’ve been attending classes at TTS for approaching three years so have experienced both in studio and on line classes . During lock downs having the weekly on line class to do meant that not only physically did I benefit but mentally too. The instructors and therapists are all incredible and treat you as an individual while miraculously managing to remember every class members injuries and weaknesses!

Total Therapy is the most genuine and professional establishment. I have been attending classes for over 6 years now and would not change a thing. Sarah and her team are experts in their field and so human with it. Thank you Total therapy!

We joined a class led by Tish. She gives each of us (both in our late 70s) individual attention according to our needs and makes sure we achieve the best possible benefit from each move. She concentrates on posture and flexibility. She is most professional, cheerful, positive and patient. We find our attendance at these classes very beneficial. Good value for money.

I have had therapy on my knee with Sarah who was amazing. Previous clinical help had not helped and was told surgery was probably the way forward. Sarah fixed my knee and showed me how to prevent issue’s by building the correct muscle’s to use. Sarah listens to you, your lifestyle and works into that what’s best for you. I am attending Pilates with Sophie at the moment and love her clear way of instruction and her nature. Each class is different but makes sure it’s built onto the last. She modifies and corrects movements subtly whilst overseeing the whole class. With a maximum of 10 people you feel in capable hands. I would recommend Total Therapy Studio’s without any hesitation. Thank you for your guidance and help.

Our Pilates class is informative and exercises are modified by the teacher to suit each person’s health and capability. We are encouraged to try and improve week by week and always feel better for having attended the class, which is very often peppered with laughter!

I absolutely love TTS and its staff. They are professional, attentive and always a pleasure to talk to. The studios are super clean, light and airy and a very pleasant space for a workout. I've been attending Viv's level 2 Pilates class for 2 years now and genuinely couldn't do without it on a weekly basis!

Attended the Total Therapies Clinic for assessment on a recent knee injury. The clinic on Denne Parade is very easy to access and close to Horsham Town centre. The clinic is modern and has a team of engaging reception staff who are extremely helpful. My assessment session was focused and extremely helpful in getting to the route of the knee issue. I will be returning for further sessions and highly recommend Total Therapies.

I am having Zoom lessons at the moment as it is safer for me. I will go to the gym when everything calms down. I an very happy to have lessons from Sarah Littleford.

Total Therapy studios are amazing. I have been attending Pilates classes in various venues around Horsham for many years. I came to realise that, if the exercises were not done correctly, the classes sometimes exacerbated my back problem. As the classes were so big it was impossible for the instructor to observe everyone and advise and adjust my position.

Total Therapy have small classes with very professional, knowledgeable, friendly teachers who walk around the class offering help and advice. I am definitely feeling the benefit. There are classes to suit all age groups. All classes I have attended have been good and Instructors I have met are Sarah, Tammy and Beth.

Watched over by owner Sarah, I cannot recommend the Studio enough.

Total Therapy is excellent. Sarah and Dom have very high standards regarding their therapists and teachers. And they go out of their way to ensure that we are getting the support and care we need. Add the warm, welcoming atmosphere and you have perfection!

Very welcoming, Sarah assessed my needs as I did not know who I would need to see for a knee complaint. Sarah did a thorough check of not just my knee, but hips, ankles, back and posture. She explained very clearly what was going on and how changes could make things right again. Sarah listens and explains why your body is doing what it's doing. She deviced a few plans of action to take without any pressure and listened to me on how much commitment I could give. I came out of the assessment feeling extremely optimistic to be getting back to normal asap. Sarah also emailed me that day detailed exercises for me to start my road to recovery. Highly recommend.

Highest praise to Total Therapy. They offer so many types of classes and have come through the pandemic with a solid reputation. They continue to provide Zoom classes which they set up during the first lockdown as well as their studio sessions. Price is competitive and service is first rate. I do Pilates with Viv which is wonderful!
