Total Tradesmen is a UK-based job management platform designed specifically for trades, maintenance and service businesses. Our aim is simple: to make managing jobs easier, from the moment a job comes into the office through to completion, invoicing and payment. Total Tradesmen brings the day-to-day running of a trades business together in one system, available on desktop and mobile. Businesses can create and schedule jobs, manage engineers and subcontractors, produce quotes and invoices, manage account customers with multiple sites, record payments, capture job photos and signatures, track time on site, manage suppliers and purchase orders, send service reminders and much more. Engineers can receive jobs directly through the Total Tradesmen mobile app, navigate to site, start and finish jobs, add parts and notes, take before-and-after photographs, collect customer signatures and complete the job while still on site. Information is then immediately available to the office, helping reduce paperwork, phone calls and duplicated admin. Total Tradesmen is suitable for businesses of different sizes, from individual tradespeople through to companies managing teams of engineers, subcontractors, reactive maintenance and multiple customer locations. We have focused heavily on creating a system that flows naturally from job to invoice without making everyday tasks unnecessarily complicated.
