Your company sent me a survey thing through Walmart for a car seat fill out the survey he gave me a coupon to buy the car seat so now I spent money on a product that I never received and my child is born and I had to find another means of safety and protection for my child and which I paid money to y'all for your services and I never received the service so there is a big issue you charge money off my card I'm thinking about going to legal route if I don't get my money back

I was charged for a purchase I did not make but totsmark was very helpful in closing the account and has promised a full refund of the charges. The company stated the refund would come after this review so im keeping my fingers crossed

Totsmarket has been appearing as a charge on my account repeatedly over the past couple of months. I have never knowingly done business with a company by this name -- I never even heard of them until I started seeing the charges coming out of my account attributed to them.

Apparently they are affiliated with (or perhaps just another name for) Tastevendor, because the charges only started appearing when Tastevendor/Totsmarket tricked me into a bogus subscription by offering me a product without specifying that buying the product triggered a subscription. I requested a cancellation of the product order, as well as the subscription, within their cancellation period. I was told that I would not be refunded until I left a review here on Trustpilot. So I left an honest two-star review (reflecting my experiences and the fact that they had not actually done anything to remedy my issue yet)... and was then told that no, they would still not refund me unless I left a GOOD review.

To this day, I have not received any product. I have not received any refund for the so-called product that I have not received, nor the multiple mysterious charges for random amounts that appeared on my account under both the Tastevendor and the Totsmarket name, and Totsmarket.com has continued to take $8+ out of my account weekly ever since despite me asking numerous times for them to honor my request to stop -- a request which was made fully compliant with the rules of their policy (until they moved the goalposts and asked for positive reviews in exchange, which was not at all listed as part of their policy). They have also stopped replying to my emails.

You don't have to just take my word for it! If you look through the other reviews here for Totsmarket.com, you'll see many 1-star reviews that reflect my experience here... and also many 4-star reviews that are actually quite negative in the text -- including one that straight-up says that she's only reviewing at 4-stars due to them requiring that in order to process her refund. Don't trust the fact that this company is rated 4-stars, because many of those ratings were clearly only given because Totsmarket.com refuses to refund your money or cancel your subscription unless you give them a high rating.

Trustpilot should not be categorizing these reviews as "unprompted", because Totsmarket/Tastevendor are literally holding refunds and cancellations hostage in exchange for positive reviews. If that's not "prompted", I don't know what is.
