This Company’s a Blanking Joke

I’m pissed. First off, I paid an extra like $25 for express shipping. I did not get express shipping as I had to email them and be like ‘what the heck’ and they said my order ‘slipped through’ so it wasn’t fulfilled but they got it out then. No refund on my express shipping that wasn’t expressed. Mine works perfectly fine but my partners does not. I have been working with ‘customer service’ for a freaking week. No resolutions and today I was just told to ‘reach out to customer service’ BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a waste of a total of $223. I started working with customer service Sept. 1st 2025. *Blank* this company.
Apparently you can’t swear in a review, just know I am terribly upset and I tried to 😤

Viel Geld für unfertiges Produkt und schlechten Service

Bei iPhones muss App dauerhaft im Hintergrund laufen und saugt damit den Akku mehr als rapide leer. Zudem ist nach 13 Monate das erste Armband defekt gegangen. Weder Garantie noch Gewährleistung oder gar Kulanz wird vom Anbieter gegeben. Für 150€ teure Armbänder die noch überhaupt nicht ausgereift sind und es anscheinend auch an der technischen Qualität mangelt im Zusammenspiel mit solch einem Service eine absolute Frechheit.

Meine Bestellnummer lautete TD1142.

Update: Nachdem ich meine Bestellnummer mit angegeben habe, wurde ich per Mail nochmals kontaktiert. In dieser Mail wird mir ein Ersatz-Ladegerät zugesendet. Ich gebe deshalb einen Stern mehr für die Bemühungen, die nun gemacht werden und werde meine Bewertung auch gerne anpassen sobald ich das Ladekabel erhalten habe und sich herausstellt, dass damit das Problem wirklich gelöst wurde.

Update: Mittlerweile habe ich das Ladekabel erhalten und muss sagen, dass es tatsächlich scheint, wieder zu funktionieren. Ich möchte mich aus diesem Grund bedanken und gebe hiermit gerne nochmal einen Stern mehr. Leider bleibt das Problem mit dem enormen Akkuverbrauch bestehen wodurch für mich ein Stern Abzug bleibt. Auch, dass der Support per Mail erstmal meinte mir nicht helfen zu können, da man außerhalb der Garantie sei und mir nur aufgrund dieser Bewertung geholfen wurde, finde ich nicht gut. So sollte Service nicht laufen. Aus diesem Grund gebe ich den zweiten Stern Abzug.

Après des longs mois d’utilisation, je fais le point.

Tout d’abord je suis techniquement très heureuse de les avoirs reçu plus vite que prévu ! Ils ont toujours bien fonctionné à distance, j’ai eu une fois un soucis de Bluetooth où j’ai pu le réinitialiser facilement. Mais maintenant une petite déception se crée .. pourquoi ? Parce que j’ai choisis la paire « Totwoo Candy » car c’est en silicone donc plus pratique.. mais j’étais loins de me douter qu’avec le temps même en prenant très soin du bracelet celui-ci est entrain de ce sectionné..

Bien sûr j’avais un deux contour de bracelet mais celui de base c’est justement sectionné alors j’utilise le deuxième contour .. je n’ai aucune idée de si j’achète une autre paire de type de bracelet on a le droit à un quelque chose du à ce problème car .. à ce rythme là prenez une autre paire .. ceux en silicone vont poser problème..

My husband and I love ours!
Mine the mountain scene does have a lightning problem (the whole thing doesn't light up) and the band that we picked im not happy with it, maybe a suggestion is that to add a small plastic slider to keep the excess from flapping all over the place, I tried to find something on Amazon to add to each side but I would have to cut of the decorative peice on the end in order to fix the problem and I dont want to do that
The black slider bands suck but other than that we love them

Nicht zu empfehlen. Belastende Retourenabwicklung

Das "Gute" zuerst, die Ware ist angekommen. Hat uns leider nicht gefallen, deshalb Retoure. Und damit gings los.
Erstmal hat es sicherlich 10 Mails gebraucht um klar zu stellen, das wir die Ware wirklich zurückgeben möchten und kein Ersatzprodukt o.Ä. wollen. Der generelle Email-Austausch verlief einfach extrem schleppend. Dann wurden 20% des Kaufbetrages abgezogen weil bei der Retoure die Geschenktüte fehlte. Heißt mit 26 € (!!) die wohl teuerste Geschenktüte der Welt. Einfach nur Abzocke. Ständig musste ich per Mail nach dem Stand der Retoure fragen. Zusätzlich musste (!) auch Sendungsverfolgung bezahlt werden. Nur damit ich nach Ankunft der Rücksendung immer noch 3 Wochen warten musste bis das Paket auch wirklich im Warenhaus angekommen ist.
Ich kanns einfach nicht weiterempfehlen. Alles in allem waren die Bearbeiter des Kundenservice zwar nett, aber der Rest war einfach nur nervig.
Wenn man dort also bestellt muss man sich sicher sein, dass man die Ware behalten will. Den Retourenstress will man einfach nicht haben.

The design is not good, but service is excellent

The design is not good. It's almost impossible to put the bracelets on at all and if you don't want them to go off with any arm movement you have to put them on so tightly that you need at least 2 people and a lot of patience and effort to put it on correctly.
I really regret buying them.

Update 6-7-2025:
I send an e-mail exactly as they requested, but had no response. Send them a reminder, but also no response. So I guess the promise they make her on trustpilot are only for show.

Cool concept - Some kinks to work out still but I'm happy

(Update: Had a product issue, ToTwoo has resolved. My braided band had broken after I reached out for a new band/replacement. I found out that they cannot replace bands, and at that time they were not willing to exchange. Right after requesting this exchange by band broke and I was pretty pissed. After airing my grievances on here they offered a replacement due to the warranty. The replacement arrived, this time a rope band as I had requested that change. The rope band is much better if you have issues with small latches. The small latch on the braided band is incredibly difficult to latch for me, and ultimately broke because of the difficulties created. ToTwoo worked with me and I am happy with the outcome. My advice is to update your models so that the parts are more replaceable)

Really have enjoyed sharing this with my wife these last few days but the band has broken on day three and the resolution is to receive a new product 😐. Setup on Android/Pixel was a hassle and helpful resources are non existence or even incorrect.

Once we got them working we were able to enjoy them for 2 days.

The braided leather band is very difficult to latch/connect for someone with short nails (most men I'll assume) - and if you didn't know this beforehand there they do not have band replacements for the totwoo love bracelets. I do not believe this is stated on the website otherwise.

I love the concept and the experience with my partner, it's great for adults with childhood abandoned issues - but the difficulty connecting, finding helpful resources, and then the inability to change faulty bands does provide some challenges.

Amazing and fun product

My bestie and I absolutely love this product! Due to chronic illness we’re much more apart than we’d like to be, and the ToTwoo gives us the opportunity to let the other one know that we think about them without the need for a more tiring app or phone call. We unboxed and personalized it together and now we’re having so much fun with it. And now even my caregivers are interested in purchasing! The installation was very easy and so is the use. Ich muss sagen, größter Fehlkauf den ich je getätigt habe.
Die Funktion ist semi gut. Teilweise funktionieren diese Armbänder garnicht. Teilweise nur wenn das iPhone an ist.
Als ich die Armbänder zurückschicken wollte, habe ich so lange mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen, bis ich mit einer Anzeige gedroht habe. Danach war das Geld einen Tag später da.
Ich muss wirklich sagen, einfach nur schlimm.

If I could give zero stars and get them…

If I could give zero stars and get them shut down I would. The product first of all is falsely advertised. Literally is no excuse for multiple customer reviews saying the same line, "It Doesn't Work". I purchased the bracelets for my wife for her birthday and it connected but would only stay connected when 5ft together. It will NOT EVER Connect both outside the 5ft radius. For the price which is bogus for rechargeable blinking aluminum bracelets im sorry.

Update-I went to go and get my tracking number and I got completely logged out of the website and now it is saying I don’t have an account anymore this has not happened before and whenever I have gone to check my order my account was still there it’s like it has just disappeared and now I am unable to log in or see my order…

Ich habe am 08.05.2025 meiner Frau als Geburtstagsgeschenk (22.05.) das Produkt bestellt.
Doch leider bis Heute (Geburtstag)
nichts erhalten, auch eine Produktverfolgung ist aktuell nicht möglich.
