BUYING FROM NZ

Buying something online, sight-unseen is always a risk. I'm in Auckland NZ and wanted an Art Deco look for our kitchen renovations. I wasn't finding what I wanted locally and began searching online. I found exactly what I had in mind across two different ranges stocked by Touch Handles. Used online chat for my questions - like "do the finishes match even though they are different ranges?" and got great, prompt answers. I felt confident enough to place an order and received them on my doorstep TWO DAYS LATER! I've had couriers across town take longer! I am beyond impressed by the service Touch handles provided - and I LOVE the handles - they're EXACTLY what I was looking for!

Lovely handles with free express delivery

I ordered a couple of lovely handles. They were delivered free by express post and arrived next day. I was really happy with that.

Amazing customer service! The design team was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions about handle designs and styles in detail. Highly recommend!

After sales service was amazing

After sales service was amazing. Very responsive and quick to rectify. I purchased Vesio cabinet handles in all 3 sizes across 2 orders which included the return of 1 handle for replacement.
I received a personal phone call, quick resolution and an immediate replacement within 48 hrs.

I would absolutely do business with then again.
...and the handles are beautiful.
