We've used TouchSMS for years with no problem at all. When we have questions or suggestions, the team are always on hand to help with a human touch. If you're paying top dollar for SMS services and don't mind getting your digital hands dirty with some API access or easy connectors, TouchSMS is what you need!

We were looking for a replacement for our rather clunky SMS solution. Naturally, we conducted a Google search and carried out extensive research. With countless options available, we ultimately chose touchSMS because it integrates with MS Outlook, among other apps. This was particularly important as it eliminated the need to log in and out of browser-based solutions.

One of the standout features of touchSMS is its seamless integration with Outlook—it sits directly on the Outlook Ribbon, so there's no need to switch between screens or windows. You simply click the icon, compose your message, and send. When a recipient replies, a dot appears next to their name, making it easy to track responses.

The interface is clean, well-organised, and user-friendly. It also includes a campaign function with reporting capabilities. The SMS pricing is reasonable at 5 cents per message compared to other providers.

Overall, we’re very happy with touchSMS, and our entire team has taken to it like ducks to water.

Our company has been with TouchSMS now for about a year. They genuinely blow me away every time we need tech support with their efficient/kind/helpful support (both via online chat and over the phone). We can always reach someone. They are always prompt. They always resolve our query and they have made tweaks and improvements based on the growing needs of our business. Amazing! And all of this at an extremely competitive cost.

TouchSMS is very easy to use. Support reply instantly and are very helpful. Good price for an SMS gateway as well. Highly recommend. I've been using it for about a year now.

I have been using touchSMS for several years, which is a bulletproof service. It has not skipped a beat. I work as an outsourced CIO and have implemented it in multiple customers. The best thing about this company is their support. I have used the support team a few times now, they are responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They are really next level in this department, which I think is the most important one.

TouchSMS is a really solid platform with friendly staff and reasonable pricing. We use the Maropost integration and have found it to be super solid and not lacking in any way. It makes great use of substitutions, templates, email integrations, integration into order notes and automated SMS notifications for just about any state change for a Maropost order. Its granular approach allows you to tailor the solution to your specific requirements with ease. The Maropost Chrome integration is spot on too. It's a great product that I wish I had found sooner.

Peter and the team were easy to deal with and were a great help to converting all of my contacts and content across to my existing customers. Will definitely use touchSMS again for my next campaign. Thank you

Our business is growing and we need to migrate from phone based SMS to PC based SMS/MMS. There are many companies offering this capability and over the last month we have researched about 20 of them. After much research we have now selected touchSMS as our preferred supplier. #1 Reason: They respond promptly to enquires with a strong customer focus and a depth of product knowledge that I have not experienced elsewhere. #2 Reason: They have an in house development team that can work on their software if required #3 Reason Last but not Least: The actually answer the phone or if busy actually return your call.
In short, I couldn't be happier with the product and service. If they had other products I needed I would signup immediately !

Fantastic facility
Great service, easy setup

touchSMS allowed us to get even closer to our customers. Not were we just an email in their inbox; we became 'mates' by hitting them through their messages.
We use SMS now for any marketing needs - new socks that are out or sales on t-shirts. We find the response rate is higher than that of emails. We also use the SMS platform to let customers know their order is on its way.
touchSMS do a great job and we have never had any issues. The reporting dashboard is super simple to use and gives great feedback on all reports of SMS campaigns.
Client communication became that much more efficient with Touch SMS. And you know what they say 'time is money!'

Send, Reply links could be better than just word links. A box graphic is by far better and stands out.

Found Touch SMS while looking for a way to communicate with our PT clients while our business has been affected by legislation around Coronavirus. Was able to load up our contacts and text them everything they needed to know. We had a great response - almost half text us back and organised a time for an outdoor session. THANK YOU!
