I have been using their guidebooks for about a year now. I have 3 properties and each has it's own guidebook. They are fairly easy to set up on your own. There was a little learning curve, but soon realized how easy each new property was to create after having the basics set up for the first. I love how easy it is now for me to make changes to my guidebook any time my properties have a little change. My only wish (and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that there was an app for owners to quickly make changes without having to login to the website.
