Great service and really nice people to get a loan fast when needed..

I have been a customer of this company for a long time and have been treated fairly in the process of borrowing, even if the personnel changes overtime. I believe that shows a solid character of the institution.

I have been doing business with this location for the last 8 years, even that the interés is high on the loans, they always approved me a loan.

They made it easy for me to loose one payment and get lower interest.

The Aurora location customer service is great.

I had a loan with Tower loan and I needed someone more money so instead of being rejected or declined they approved it the other loan was something like paid off and I got the loan in and not a high rate reasonable time to pay it reasonable payment a lot of places would tell me no Tower loan said yes

The young lady was kind, knowledgeable , polite,friendly and very professional. Getting the help I need was an easy process, she explained everything, and it didn’t take much time. My experience overall was Amazing. I can not remember the young woman name , she was very professional.

Customer service is great

This place is very unprofessional. Very rude people. If you are late on a payment they will send someone to your house! I will be reporting them to the BBB. Aurora IL office.

DO NOT send anyone again to people’s house it also could be a safety concern for your employees having them showing up uninvited to someone’s house. A lot of crazy people out there.
