If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I would not recommend Tower Loan to anyone looking to obtain a loan or finance anything through this company if you don’t want your business to be disclosed to others. My experience with the Central, Louisiana location has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Ms. Michelle has been the nicest, but the other staff members including the manager, Carmen, have been rude, disrespectful, and lacking in basic customer service.

Regardless of a customer’s financial situation, no one deserves to be spoken to or treated poorly. Customer service should always include professionalism, respect, and dignity.

What concerns me even more is the handling of my personal information. In my experience, my information was disclosed to a reference and when concerns were brought to the staff’s attention, they denied knowing what I was referring to. This is extremely troubling, especially when dealing with sensitive financial and personal information.

I strongly encourage upper management and corporate leaders to look into the practices at the Central location. Customers deserve better treatment and respect for their privacy.

I asked for Carmen supervisor number or contact information, she laughed telling me it’s not contact information. I would never do business with this location again.

I received outstanding customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It's refreshing to receive this level of care and attention. Clear instructions. I needed to call and talk to a person who answered my questions. Easy to set up my account on line.

Be honest stop tricking people into getting another loan I call to pay my my payment they always call about consolidation to make you pay less when I got there she say furniture note got pay off from them than gave 2000 more only end up paying 40 dollars cheaper than two week later call and ask me about the payment I was calling in to pay that you supposed to had consolidation can’t get into with the supervisor now I’m pay more than I was paying about 200 more I should have kept it the same I was trick
