I received my loan in the mail, and it was the answer to a prayer, although* almost missed out on the loan because of the way I received it. I hadn't applied for a loan with them and when the check came in the mail it looked a lot like many junk mailers I've received that enclose what appears to be a check but actually isn't. Because of that I almost threw the letter and check from Tower Loan away. The loan amount was very close to the amount needed to consolidate my debt and within days of accepting the loan I was notified that I might be eligible for additional funds. I had to go in person to one of their offices to take care of paperwork for the 2nd loan and the staff working there were so helpful and efficient. Again, this loan wasn't as much as I had asked for, but they were able to tell me exactly how much I could get several days before I actually went to sign the papers. They combined my 2 loans and I will have only 1 payment a month to make. They also gave me a month "grace period" before my 1st payment would become due and set it up to come directly out of my bank account on the same day every month which is exactly what I need. The month grace period gives me time to catch up anything I might have missed or forgotten and because of Tower Loan I have been able to consolidate several payments into one and I have an exact date when I will have the loan paid off and be almost completely debt free. I can finally see an end to bill collectors and am able to finally make myself a budget I can live with. Thank you Tower Loan!!

The lady "Annaka" that helped me with my loan was very nice and welcoming. She greated with a smile that made my day better , I was already having a bad day. She new what she was doing very well.
