When mentioned of wanting lowest interest rate and payment. Was only presented with one option that would best suit tower loan. Having known better I had to practically beg the rep for a print out of three options.

The process of cashing the mailed check ease of access to same day funds is a bonus.
The interest rate is on the high side, but I was able to
pay off 2 credit cards and the monthly payments are less than the credit cards were.
