I had a very pleasant experience with receiving a loan from Tower Loan. The staff members are courteous, helpful and willing to assist their clients successfully complete the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with tower loan was very satisfied and very easy to talk to the team of very friendly and experienced employees...the atmosphere of the building made me feel very welcomed and comfortable...I definitely keep coming back..no doubt..thanks to all staff for great service..!..

They had Approved me for an amount over the phone and at the time of closing the loan. The amount was different in being decreased and I asked them why the amount changed. When I had also brought it to their attention I had received a letter as well with the same amount Approved for. I had to ask the manager if he couldn’t do anything about it if he could ask about it to superiors. They gave me the run around about it. So I asked due to time frame and in having a reply given to me. They told me they would call me to have to come back. They told me it would take an 1 hour to get a reply, while I could see other customers concerns related to the same situation were resolved right there and then. As time went by about more than 3 hours and no call. I decided to go back and the manager approached me and as we sat down he said that unfortunately he couldn’t even Approved me for the amount that I was giving in the beginning. I replied to him why was that so. If I had the letter in my hands. His reply back wasn’t explaining why other than he had to lower it a lot more and it was out of his hands. After being a good customer in paying on time with good credit, etc..It took me by surprise how misleading, false advertising, and the way they Lured me into believing them in the amount said since the beginning of money I was Approved in the first place. I Was very disappointed in their decision and how they handled the matter.

Joe the manager at this location was very helpful.. He explained the amounts at each time period, informing us which amount would suit our situation.

The Rep who called to verify my information was extremely helpful and insightful on the products they offer and going over my loan information. Also explaining all options for payments and my acct info.

I've had several loans that I always paid on time via AutoPay and each one was paid off early. In addition, the staff can always reach me at my phone number but for some reason for this last loan, the staff found it necessary to call 5+ mornings while I was in PT vs calling in the afternoon, as I requested. The reason for all the calls was to acquire REFERENCES! After having an excellent past history with them, had the loan already which was already set up on autopay in their system. I couldn't believe it! I told them NO! EXTREMELY frustrating and VERY POOR BUSINESS.
