Everyone is respectful. Simply put; i recognize this is a high risk lending institution. They dont treat you like it though and that's important.

Allison is awesome!
My 86 yr old mom's caregiver had made a mess of things and had attached a personal purchase to my mom's loan. Then she dropped payments so my mom had a summons taped to the door. Allison was very patient, thorough and kind with her explanations. I was most impressed when she admitted she didn't quite know how to get some specific information but she would find out! And she did!
Hungry to learn with super people skills and kindness, Allison is! She (and mgr Joe) made a terrible mystery understandable and bearable. She found out everything I needed because she went the extra mile(s) and with a genuine smile in her voice.
She's a keeper, Tower Loans! Please treat her like you know it and allow her to excel and prosper herself and your company. Joe was the same. That's a great team. Thank you Allison and Joe!
