Towngate dental go above and beyond in terms of looking after their patients. My dentist, Dr Holme is great at putting you at ease and explaining procedures in detail. All the staff are caring and friendly. Thank you.

First time visit to Towngate dental, Staff great and made me fell at ease. Would recommend this dentist.

I attended Towngate Dental for an aesthetics open day to see the very talented Hannah Sillett, I was very happy with my procedure results and whole experience, the practice is very clean, modern and the reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly!

Dr Garyfallia Strati and Hannah did 3 fillings for me and I’m really happy with the end product and service. Everyone at the practice are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. Thanks again

I have been a patient at Towngate Dental surgery since 1998 and the reception staff and dental nurses have always been fantastic. They are very friendly, caring, have a great sense of humour and carry out a great service. All the dentists are highly skilled and professional giving great advice and treatment. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone in a heartbeat.

I'm one of the patients at Towngate dental practice since August of this year. All reception staffs are appeared very nice and kind which I walked in for consulting. I then made a decision of my implant teeth surgery, Helen, management of the branch explained briefly to me before, such as CT scan, X-Ray examination and so. I also had to consult Dr. MISTRY and Dr TAYLOR beforehand. Both of them explained very clearly in each phases which advise me a lot.
During the date of dental surgery, the nurse, Hanna ( I think I won't spell wrong)and Helen gave me very supportive smiling and comfort, even Dr Mistry and Dr Taylor gave a lot of comfort wordings that minimise my nervous and scaring. All of the team staff showed much concern during the process I did.
Then pending for another process start, the nurse was constantly accompanied with me for observation. They did their job which gave me very touching.
One day after surgery, nurse Helen made a call to me to seek for any problems after my implant surgery. Also make some advise indeed.
For such experience, I really observed all the staffs at Towngate dental practice are showed their professional expert, also put their heart to do their job. They are brilliant. Again, the reception staffs were very nice looking and helpful to me even my English speaking was not very well.

I have been a patient at Towngate Dental Surgery for more than 25 years and could not be happier with the service they have provided during that time. The staff are always friendly and efficient and the surgeries appear to be equipped with modern facilities.

All the staff at Towngate Dental Practice are so sweet and caring, and I’ve been so impressed with how helpful they are. I’ve had one appointment with the dentist and one with the hygienist, and both times I was made to feel super comfortable and had the process explained to me at every step. I’ve already recommended to 2 of my friends, and am booked in for further treatment in the New Year.

I have been attending Towngate Dental surgery for many years. The level of service is outstanding. All the staff from the dentists,hygienists to the receptionists are all so friendly, kind and understanding. My son has Autism and a Learning Disability and the way everyone has made him so welcoming.They have been so patient, kind and understanding with his anxieties and always make time to have a little chat and reassure him.

I wish I could give more stars, as this dental practice truly deserves it. I was given a warm welcome by their friendly, helpful receptionists who made me feel instantly comfortable. I was then looked after by Ben who was kind, patient, and went to great lengths to explain my treatment plan options. I came away feeling confident for my next visit. Well done to everyone at this amazing practice, your compassion and care was certainly appreciated by me.

As a client of this practise since the days of Mr Lane I am pleased with the current levels of service offered by both the dental surgeon and the support staff. Yesterdays experience was in line with all their previous efforts.

Initially I was very nervous about seeing the dentist as I hadn’t been for a while. They explained the process clearly and made me feel calm and relaxed. All the staff, from the dentist and hygienist to the receptionist, are all friendly and make you feel at ease.
