I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid US$46 for this collection of well-designed, colourful Halloween-themed squishy toys, expecting a reasonable level of quality and performance. Unfortunately, what I received was of such poor quality much smaller-looking, flat dull rubbery basic shapes and markings, and they do not meet the standard I would reasonably expect for the price paid.

The product is not as described and the quality is far below what was represented at the time of purchase. After spending US$46, receiving a product of this standard is simply unacceptable.

What is even more disappointing is the way the issue has been handled by customer service. I have already clearly explained my concerns and highlighted the seriousness of the matter, but instead of offering an appropriate resolution, I have repeatedly been offered small compensation amounts such as US$4, US$7, US$9, US$12.

These offers do not reasonably address the problem. This is not about asking for a small goodwill gesture — the fundamental issue is that I paid US$46 for a product that I consider unacceptable in terms of quality and value.

I am very disappointed with both the product and the response from customer service. The repeated attempts to resolve the matter with minimal compensation, rather than properly addressing the underlying problem, have only made the experience worse.

I would strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully consider the product quality, value for money and after-sales support before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again, nor from this company.

The product has now arrived, the communication was good, however it took forever to be delivered, after all it is a tee - shirt. It looks good though.

I am pissed! I ordered what was supposed to be vegan leather tote bags. In the ad they looked big and beautiful, definitely way better than ordinary nylon shopping bags. What did I receive? Small, crumpled nylon bags tucked in a vegan leather wrapping. Just ordinary nylon shopping bags but at a price that suggests a very different material. Complete waste of money.

Shirt is cute but I am considering returning it because it’s obviously supposed to fit a man and the large that I ordered will not even fit me as a size 8 woman. Very disappointed as I was excited to give it to my grandson as a gift!

2 problems.....I didn't order more and it took almost a month before delivered. These make great gifts and I'm very quality. pleased with the portability and quality. Very easy to roll back up.

The little duck figures are cute, but I wish I had ordered more, thank you

In your video looks like a larger bag that holds a great deal of stuff but it is smaller.

The product is cute . However I was expecting them to be bigger . The way they show them in rhe video as being bigger and squishy , that is what I was expecting. So over all . Cute product. Just not what I was expecting.

The company is doing things well. We were disappointed with the product and the size of the squishies. We thought they were larger, We are afraid to hand them out on Halloween because with younger children they might think they are edible marshmellow type candy. My 10 year old granddaughter will use them as birthday party favors at her party on October 17.

The communication re my order and delivery was very good. The bag is a good size but bigger might be an idea. But I understand if it is bigger it wouldnt fit into a neat well sized item and it would be to big to hang off your bag. However while I thought the faux leather was of great quality the gold hardware was not attached properly and hung off. I had to squeeze it to attach to the leather and in doing so I damaged part of the hardware. All considered, a great product.

Items are larger than I expected, and took a long time to be delivered. I should never have clicked on the FB ad.

Nice product but lengthy wait. In addition, was erroneously charged for shipping! However, when I addressed error, I was credited for the fees.

Excellente communication et suivi de ma commande

I was excited to receive my order, but that soon turned into disappointment when I opened it.
Easy to open, but not so easy to press close again. It should have clicked shut with the press studs, but took about 8 attempts, I’d succeed with one side, but that would come undone when I tried to close the other side. For the price I paid, I feel this was of poor quality.
