Best sex store

Love this story brought to Roy’s so far from them.My first purchase was a dildo though that was damaged by mistake so I throw it away lol, had to go buy another but the cashier remembered me and informed me that with some of their toys has warranty so if damaged they will replace it if I have the receipt..I love this feature do to most stores don’t have this option.

Poor communication

They didnt have the item requested and substituted without asking me. There was a difference in pricing and when I called asking to be refunded the difference the manager said they would refund it. The refund was not received.

I placed this order & a new customer @ that..,,, DO YOUR SELF a favor, don’t order from this site! Ordered & paid extra for “2 day” delivery. I paid $20. more to get it faster. FedEx didn’t get to me til a Monday, when it was expected & PAID for a Friday delivery. ☹ MOVE on u can find a better & honest site. REALLY.
