Great customer service and prompt replies! Recommend

A great experience! This new mixer was a fairly large purchase for ourselves but I wasn't disappointed! The price was the lowest I could find and came with next day delivery. I really can't find fault at all and wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I decided it was time to replace my old cake tins and found a recommendation online for TPC Kitchen. I ordered two aluminium tins which were a very reasonable price. TPC Kitchen kept in contact with me to make sure I was able to use the Royal Mail tracking service which was a thoughtful touch. The tins arrived very promptly and I'm extremely happy with them. They're great quality and should see me through many years of happy baking! I definitely recommend this company.

Good prices, fast delivery and exceptional customer service. A joy to do business with.

Greats service I’ve had by far this year having issues with theft of packages in our area, David sent my order via signed for delivery to ensure order was received intact.
Super star ⭐️ customer service, thank you 🙏🏽

I'm very happy from my parches

I had an excellent experience with this company, and would use them again.
I ordered the Kenwood Duo Chopper/Grinder, which was very expensive everywhere else. In fact, I was considering not buying it at all until I found it on TPC kitchen. Not only was the price more reasonable than other websites, as a new customer, I also got a discount! The icing on the cake (pun intended) was the speedy FREE delivery! I received my item in no time (express Royal Mail tracked 24), and could start using it for my baking.
I kept thinking, what's the catch? This seems too good to be true. Is the item second hand? But no. The item was brand new, and this company is completely legit! I would recommend them in a heartbeat 💓.

No problems.
Fast delivery. Good price.

Arrived quickly, for a good price and as described.

What a wonderful company to deal with. I had never heard of TPC Kitchen before, but they will be my first port of call in future. I placed my order at 3.45 and it arrived the very next day. Why can’t all companies be so good?

On time, good looking products

I have only use it twice but its great at mixing large quantities
And cream beat up in minutes
Great hand mixer I have had

Very prompt- good information about arrival - and sending it with Royal Mail!

Just treated myself to the Kenwood KMix in sleek black and its FAB. Looks great and works well. Getting it at a great price with money off from TPC makes it all the sweeter too. Ordered and delivered all within 24hrs. Fan blooming tastic! Definitely going to recommend this site and company and I've already written my christmas wish list for the various accessories!

Excellent customer service - they answered all my queries immediately and put my mind to rest. Fabulous!
