Excellent customer service received from Alison & the Trackdays team.
I had to extend my voucher, as I'd not left enough time to use it (my bad), and it meant that I couldn't redeem it on line, but Alison came to the rescue.
My call was answered very quickly, and Alison couldn't have been any more helpful. Patient, attentive, understanding & knowledgeable Alison was superhelful, guiding me through the process, explaining next steps & what happens next, following up with email communications as promised, she was a pleasure to deal with.

Track not open for events.
I bought this as a birthday gift for my partner as he obviously loves cars and fast racing. Due to unforeseen circumstances the event couldnât be booked up right away (I myself had to have surgery and he was my carer afterwards). I purchased an anytime gift knowing that spaces would be limited on weekends also.
As we have come to book it our nearest track has no events available at all this year (Sunderland) and the next track is over a two hour drive away with the closest time being August. Due to this we would have to extend the expiry date (also at a cost to ourselves) and the following date isnât until November which would need a second extension on the expiry date. The initial track was broadcast in the advert when I bought this experience and it was the reason I purchased it in the first place, now they are telling me we canât even go to that track at all. Spending either an extra £25-30 or £55 on which date to use and thatâs before transportation there.
I must admit my initial email reply came through pretty quickly but since then even when I have brought the fact that we canât use the track initially intended and that weâd be spending a whole lot more money to use the voucher in the first place (initial layout wasnât cheap) I have heard nothing back from the company.
Iâd say read all fine print, make sure your intended track is doing events BEFORE purchase if you can or try booking direct.

Bought for my sons 10th birthday he was so excited to drive a Lamborghini,
The driving experience is good but then!!!
The staff are useless they donât know whatâs going on most of the time. The cars are very used and the first Lamborghini broke down. My son was told he would be a new car within 2 times but
Then my son was left waiting 30-40 minutes until I went over and they realised the broken Lamborghini was my sonâs experience and quickly got him into a new one. I understand things break but he was not correctly told what was going on.
Then he qued for the fast car ride and well itâs 1 lap in an old bmw!!
My son loved it but heâs 10.
Total Cost of £130 for the experience of 10laps in a Lamborghini and a fast car ride. I paid the insurance like an idiot as this company did seem to be a little bad.
Upon arrival we were asked about a pre ride and photos. As this was a special event I paid the additional £80.

I've been gifted a track days TVRâŠ
I've been gifted a track days TVR experience voucher, track days no longer offer the experience and will not refund the voucher. Their suggestion is to pay them an extra £30 and book a different experience. They have taken payment for services but cannot fulfil their agreement. Buying a voucher from them was a mistake, it's a lot of money for a worthless print at home piece of paper.

A friend had bought me a trackdays experience. Turned up there in rain lots of cars going around track they go faster past my house with less congestion.
Despite considerable cost incurred by friend in purchasing this, it appears your not insured again collision another cost £39. Was told would be liable for £5000 cost in the event of an accident. Another rip off Britain company.
Asked if I had a driving licence when I reached for it stated OK I don't need to see it. Concerns me greatly that this is gross neglect under health and safety. Also race track regulations.
Before you buy a trackday think about the hidden costs. Including your health and safety. Who knows what licences the people in that track have. Suspended with no checks they are putting peoples lives at risk due to negligence.
I can feel a complaint to health and safety coming their way
As you can see from their reply your health and safeguarding doesn't matter. I have reported to HSE and also trading standards.
