A huge help in an uncertain process
Honestly, this has been a game-changer for us. The visa process is incredibly stressful. You have very little control, limited visibility, and you are constantly wondering what is happening behind the scenes. It is hard to feel settled when so much is unknown.
Track My Visa gave us clarity.
It helped us understand where things stand and what might be coming next. That alone brought a real sense of peace of mind. Instead of guessing or checking multiple places for updates, we felt like we had a clear view of the process. It does exactly what you hope it will do. It makes a difficult and uncertain experience feel more manageable. If you are going through this process, having that kind of visibility makes a real difference.

Looking at the Stripe logs from your account, it looks like you set your subscription to cancel at 7:51 PM EST, one hour after you had already been charged at 6:51 PM EST. In a situation like that, we are always very willing to issue a refund. Please note that our email support team is very responsive and would have been happy to take care of you! I hope you will consider updating your review. We truly appreciate your business and always aim to treat our customers fairly.
We could not have managed without Track My Visa!
Although our wait has been over seven months, the last three months have been bearable! I found Track my Visa and I have been completely addicted to it opening it perhaps 20 times a day!!
I have also been able to be in email contact and ask questions and have been answered immediately and I am so grateful for all of this.
I do think that being made aware of the service earlier in the process will help people who are In this long wait.

Hi Hassan, we check our PRO customer cases via the official USCIS API on an hourly basis and send an email as soon as we detect a change. It is possible that USCIS may have alerted you sooner. While notifications are a nice feature of our product, we believe our estimates and insights are the true value-ad. We hope our estimate was accurate and that you benefited from seeing how USCIS was processing cases near yours and near the front of the line!
