We’re sorry to hear that you found the learning curve more challenging than expected. Trading can indeed be complex, and we understand that different methods resonate differently with each individual.

We do want to highlight that support has been offered through our onboarding calls and regular Q&A coaching calls to help guide members through the process. That said, we genuinely want to ensure you get the most out of the program, and we’d be happy to arrange a one-on-one call with our community manager to assist you further with the setup and answer any questions you may have.
