A complete scam. They said my order was stuck in customs and claimed the only way I could receive it is if I gave them a £30 Amazon gift card. When I asked for a refund I was blocked. Avoid at all costs.

Scam, they do not ship the product and when I tried to dispute they declined it so I still had to pay, avoid at all costs.

Products take a very long time to arrive but besides that they are a great company for resellers and people trying to make extra money.

The box was not received nothing compared to their marketing.Its all fake dont fall for their marketing and their dispute forms on the website dont work !!! SCAM

SCAMMERS. My son was conned by them, he ordered on the 11th of Jan and has still not received his package!

Absolutely poor, I ordered a reseller box for £11 with shipping and it never came and didn’t even notify me about anything. These are scammers and should be shut down soon, avoid at all costs! Unless you want to give money away to scammers for nothing, please shut down your website and never scam again

Avoid this scammer been waiting since December for my order I’ve had to go back to the bank for a refund guy has had a company before but he had to close it down due to scamming people

Made an order 10th January and I’m still yet to receive anything from them. I’ve contacted them numerous times over the last few weeks and not a single reply, yet on one of his videos he commented saying he would do a video of packing my order which never happened. Very disappointing with the service.

Great I started with the 1kg and tripled, bought the 3kg and it came within the week super chuffed. Amazing customer support too thank you! All pieces nice and clean A+

I’ve ordered multiple times from Tradebox Pro and the items are always excellent and authentic. I make a profit on every item, which is exactly what you want when buying stock.

Delivery/collection is always spot on, and I’m always able to get new items within just a few days, which really helps keep things moving.

Communication is great — they’re always willing to go out of their way to help and support with any issues. They even give advice on how much to resell items for, which is massively appreciated.

Their new website is brilliant and so easy to use. You now have the ability to make card payments, which makes everything even more straightforward and professional.

Their TikTok account is amazing and really helpful too — great for seeing new stock and staying updated.

It’s a really nice, friendly, well-run business and a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely continue ordering.

I had seen a lot of mixed reviews on this company, I found this company through TikTok, and done my research on their reviews. But my personal experience was great. Ordered a 1kg resellers pack on a Tuesday, and by Saturday it was delivered to me. Items inside were very good quality. I’m very pleased with my order. Very quick delivery and definitely worth the money. I’d definitely recommend, and will be ordering again soon, thanks again guys

I wish I could give no stars ordered start of January 2026 and it stated 2-3 days it’s now the 11th of February 2026 and I’ve sent multiple messages and emails and had no response and they obviously can see messages but would rather “show” what other people are having on socials if I was looking for places to buy stock or clothes in general this wouldn’t even be considered and I hope more people don’t fall into this trap

Great deals, delivery took 3 weeks but it was worth it, lots of profit 👍

Dirty clothes took nearly 4 weeks to arrive with zero communication to my actual numerous enquiries to chase progress.

Please don't waste your money!

The review is based on their service NOT what they offer as it was never received and had to raise a chargeback. They spend more time on TikTok than actually respond to their customers. They’re clearly poorly organised with my order taking over 4 weeks (again still didn’t arrive) - I’d recommend staying away for the time being until they get their act together
