TradeChat is an AI marketplace that makes finding and offering products and services as simple as sending a message inside WhatsApp. We’re building a simpler way for customers to discover businesses and for providers to connect with people looking for what they offer. There’s no separate app to download or marketplace directory to browse. You start a WhatsApp conversation with TradeChat and explain what you need. For customers, TradeChat helps identify relevant providers based on their request, location and the information businesses have supplied. It helps coordinate enquiries and questions so customers and providers can explore whether an opportunity is suitable before deciding how to proceed. For businesses, TradeChat offers a way to introduce their products or services, describe the areas they cover and share relevant information through chat. Joining and listing is free. Providers can review opportunities, ask questions and decide whether to accept or decline. TradeChat is currently live and welcoming early users as we develop and improve the experience. We value honest feedback from customers and providers: it helps us understand what works, address problems and build a more useful service. Our aim is straightforward: make connecting with the right business easier through a messaging platform people already use. Visit TradeChat.io to learn more and start chatting with TradeChat on WhatsApp.
