My experience with Trade FX Limited has been very frustrating.

After trading on my account, I requested a withdrawal and later received an email stating that the company had reviewed all my trades and determined that I had allegedly violated their trading rules through "Latency Arbitrage." As a result, they informed me that profits of $341.48 would not be paid and that only $16.68 was available for withdrawal.

What concerns me most is the process and communication. The decision was made after trading activity had already taken place, and despite my attempts to obtain further clarification and discuss the matter, I have struggled to receive timely responses.

I understand that brokers have rules and policies, but customers also deserve clear explanations, transparent investigations, and responsive support when account funds are involved.

At the time of writing this review, I am still seeking a satisfactory resolution and better communication regarding my account. I hope Trade FX Limited's management will review my case and address these concerns promptly.
