My parents in-law were scammed out of all their life savings in 2020 with these guys. NEVER transfer money to these people. I lost so much time trying to retrieve their savings, but all was lost. Even worse are the scammers who say they can get your money back, they are connected. Do your due diligence when investing and use a reputable platform or bank. NEVER USE TRADELAX it's not a real company, you'll just be funding their all year holiday. human filth

Not paying after I deposited!
I made a recomitment and activation deposit on their second plan, and again on the first plan with $300. After that, nothing. No payout, no response. Once you put your money in, just accept that it's gone. It's a total scam. Be careful out there! Thankfully, I was able to get my money back after filing a report through the contact on my profile picture. That was the only thing that helped.

A complete scam, I lost $600k US whole set up is bogus from start to finish

This Tradelax is nothing but a phoney Platform!!! They just want to suck you in and take your unretunrable money!!! Of course I was one of many victims. I got a phone call from one of the so called managers! A I Platform was promising to auto by and sell and make you lots of coins! My account had $500.00 but before I invested I was watching their graffs and I found discrepancies. So I decided not to invest my money and tried to get my money back! Then the next day someone from Tradelax took it upon themselves triggered the ai platform overnight and all my $500 was gone! When I got a hold of the manager he said that you win some you some! My money wasn't invested by me they had no right to take it upon themselves to invest it without my permission!!! They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

From Day I I was asking for updates, was told my deposit was received and acknowledged. The more I asked questions the quieter they went.
Then I noticed a pattern of being sent emails from platforms I knew I had not joined. The results were the funds were increasing, no wonder.
It took me a while to figure out so when I asked crypto recovery services to trace my funds they said Yes my funds were being transferred into other platforms, but I wasnt getting the benefit of it.
Three firms I asked to help all wanted UP FRONT payments but when I researched the results said more than likely they TOO were backroom scammers looking to cash in on desperate investors. Nough said.
Ive had bogus FCA.net emails inviting me to fill in details for compensation, Ive had 2 of them. But searching further apparently FCA and the Ombudsman are pretty hopeless. Anyone who says they are here representing Tradelax is probably a scammer.

Do not hesitate to make use of my services if they are cheating you. I can get everything back in less than a week

I have wrote a review on here before about getting scammed by Tradelax for just over £2k - interstingly i am now recieving calls every few days from Tradelax telling me thta they plan to refund my investment as they are closing down the business due to regulation reasons. I thought i would play a long and see what it was about - they asked me to use anydesk so I could share my screen and show them my crypto wallet and then asked me to show them my bank account as apparently the Police and finance regulators require them to confirm that the money will not be used for something (didn't catch what it was).

Luckily i have an old bank account thta i dont use anymore so showed them that to see what would happen - as soon as they saw the bank account didn't really have any money in it they hung up the phone and the screen sharing stopped.

I would be interested to know if anyone else is receiving these calls and also interested to know if anyone has actually got any money back from them?

Scammed by Tradelax. I made deposit of 250$ and it grew well for 6 months. I started believing it can work and made another deposit. The financial advisor became more aggressive for the 3rd deposit of 250$. That was the last time I heard from them. My account was in access of 900.00 $ when I wanted to make a withdrawal. They would contact me to verify documents but then the account became inaccessible. Until now I can't access the platform. All happened between May and Dec 2021.

WELL IT ALL STARTED IN OCTOBER OF 2020 WHEN I WAS LED TO THIS SITE (TRADELAX)-I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AFTER FOLLOWING AN AD...AND A VERY CHARMING CHRISTIAN BRANDT CONVINCED ME TO INVEST. AND SO IT BEGAN, AND OUR ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS LOST. SUDDENLY CHRISTIAN WAS OUT OF THE SCENE WHILE BORIS RHOES IN FINANCE AND THEN SIMON STONE TRIED TO TAKE OVER MY ACCOUNT AND FINALLY SEAN EVANS...CHRISTIAN AND SEAN WERE CONVINCING EVEN UP TO (JUST PRIOR) THIS PAST CHRISTMAS 2021...YUP EMAIL LOCKOUTS NOW AND THE SITE IS DOWN. FACKERS SCAMMED ME OUT OF CLOSE TO $90 000 CDN. WHAT A FACKEN NIGHTMARE & HEADACHE TO EVEN REPORT THIS LOSS, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. I HOPE THEY ALL GO TO JAIL. I don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing HOW MANY COUNTLESS OTHERS they have scammed...
