I had been putting off registering my brand name for months since it looked difficult. Fortunately, Trademark Efficient handled everything and provided a stress-free experience.

They have outstanding communication skills and provided comprehensive explanations on every detail. I value their commitment and the assurance they provided me with all along the way.

I was genuinely concerned about making mistakes during the application procedure because I had no prior expertise with trademark registration. All of those worries vanished after working with Trademark Efficient.

Throughout the process, the crew kept me updated and managed everything with efficiency. They were incredibly detail-oriented and had outstanding communication. I am now more optimistic about my brand's future because of their assistance.

My experience with TrademarkEfficient.com was deeply concerning. From the first email, they pushed aggressively to move the conversation to phone calls. I asked for help registering a trademark, and they sent me an “analysis” claiming I needed to file in five USPTO classes instead of one. Based on that, I paid them USD 1,050 for the classes plus USD 199 for their service fee.

They also warned me that the USPTO might request additional classes later.

A few days after paying, they sent me a document they claimed was from the USPTO, stating that I needed to add two more classes, and they demanded USD 700 extra. After reviewing the document carefully, I discovered it was not authentic.

I then hired a different attorney, and the trademark was successfully filed in one single class, exactly as expected from the beginning.

I still have all the emails and documents sent by “Ann Marshall” (I cannot confirm if this is a real identity) requesting the additional payment.

Based on my experience, this company used misleading information and a fabricated document to pressure me into paying more. I strongly advise others to stay away.
