The training day itself was enjoyable
The training day itself was enjoyable. The presenters were knowledgeable, there were some genuinely useful points that I will be able to take away and apply, and the lunch was excellent.
Unfortunately, what should have been a positive experience was overshadowed by the sales pitch at the end. The approach was very much "buy today at this price or pay double if you want time to think about it." For a course costing around £24,000 for a year, that's an enormous financial commitment, and nobody should feel pressured into making that decision on the spot.
What I found particularly difficult to understand was the pricing. If the course can be sold for half the price on the day, it's hard to justify why it would suddenly cost twice as much simply because someone wants a little time to consider such a significant investment. That kind of sales tactic left a disappointing impression and detracted from what had otherwise been a worthwhile day.
I would have been far more receptive to the course if I had been given time to reflect on the information without feeling pressured by an expiring offer. The training itself was valuable, but the hard sell at the end unfortunately took away from the overall experience.

After 2 years being part of TM
After 2 years being part of TM , this year I managed to get away for 5 weeks and still the jobs to go ahead, online and in person surveys, subbies doing their job , yesterday alone we sold 2 boilers and one multi split system all together £16k , thanks TM for the help and support in implementing system and also self belief that this can work 🙌🏻

Like any business, we provide services under a contractual agreement and reasonably expect customers to honour the payment terms they agreed to.
During your time with Trade Mastermind, you have also acknowledged on a number of occasions that your business has grown significantly as a result of the programme and support provided.
For that reason, we do not believe it is fair to describe Trade Mastermind as “all about money” simply because our team has contacted you regarding an overdue account. Requesting payment for services that have been provided is a normal and reasonable part of any commercial relationship.
We remain willing to discuss any genuine concerns you have regarding the service. However, we would ask that you honour your agreement and contact our team directly to bring your account up to date so the matter can be resolved professionally.

If you don't improve here, you are not implementing the advice. It is scary to be out of your comfort zone sometimes, but failure is not an option. Just do it.

So much has been learnt as a result of being apart of TM. It could have been years of fighting fires as a business before realising that you need to run a business like a business, and not how you think it ought to be. Paul is an absolutely brilliant teacher. High energy and gives tough love - says it as it is! I would highly recommend to anyone in the construction industry that is willing to put the work in.
