I started using EA on03/06/2025. Very soon after I started the bot had a drawback and my £5000 account had a £1900 loss. EA messaged saying it will recover but was recovering like £15/£20 per day which would have taken forever. At that moment someone at Vantage contacted me saying the bot doesn’t have the right settings, he knew all the details of my account, even the trades, the drawbacks, the leverages used and the fact that my bonus was not given at the beginning but later on to help recover the account. He called again when the bot had next drawback and suggested to choose another option with Vantage if I ever want to recover my account. He even knew that if I leave the EA will offer some compensation for my loss which actually happened. That option offered it was obvious very soon that it was a scam which made me lose the rest of my account so I asked both EA and Vantage to investigate how someone had access to all my information. There is still no answer to any of those and it’s obvious that if I did not use EA the scammer would not have access to my account. Still not sure until today if the scammers were from EA or Vantage but I advise everyone to avoid both because there is an internal operation or a leakage.

Bought Tier 3 Trial Subscription on Thursday, 13 March 2025.
I was pretty excited and followed all of the instructions. However, I had to contact Customer Service because, as promised, the Key File was NOT in the Shared Google Folder.
There was no email for Tier 3 "24/7 Support," nor any email for "Tier 3" period.
The training videos are poorly constructed.
The instructions are missing key portions.
They share a Google Folder and the most important required Updated File from the instructions is NOT there.
I first emailed them Thursday with a full description of what I successfully did (about 95%) and that the specific file was missing and requested a session to review the set up to ensure that I could get everything ready to trade. Tier 3 is ADVERTISED AS A FULL INSTALLATION SERVICE. NO RESPONSE.

I then contacted Customer Support on Telegram (it has only 120 or so registered subscribers on Telegram, which gives you a clear picture of its subscriber base), and only four or so were chatting at all from Thursday to Today, Sunday. I asked some simple questions - no response - and I asked for specific help.

I requested help on Telegram (which was never stated as the Source for Tier 3 Help). They have NO ESTABLISHED TIER 3 SUPPORT, AND I was told that I was NOT a Customer. I apologized as if I somehow came across as rude. The rep also apologized but then continued to state that I was asking far more than I should be asking. I replied that I was just following the installation instructions and that the critical FILE WAS MISSING. He said that he would install it and requested my logon information. RED FLAG.
I gave the information and no file was provided on Saturday. I contacted them on Saturday. No response. On Sunday I contacted them again, and he retorted again, YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER, I INSTALLED THE FILE ON THE WEEKEND WHICH WAS A FAVOR TO YOU. I THEN CHECKED AND THE FILE WASN'T THERE & THERE WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED TRADE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I then complained and stated, "How am I supposed to be able to use a Free Trial if the files aren't all there?" AND THEN...I saw that THEY MADE UNAUTHORIZED TRADES...AND A LOSING TRADE - FOR around $38.00 USD.

The Telegram support person got hostile making my requests seem unimportant and that if I wanted any assistance at all I'd have to be a "Paying Customer".

Wow, so I send a second Email...believing that this would get to their Leadership Team. NOPE, HE ANSWERED THE EMAIL, STATING, "THIS ISN'T CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I AINT READING ALL OF THAT. AND SINCE I SEE YOU WILL BE A HEADACHE I'M CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT!"

What? What Kind of Customer Service and Customer Retention is that????

Before I am a customer they lose me? I wanted this to work...hello...don't they understand customers?!?!?!?!

I am a professional I told them. I did "pay money" to invest with their Company, namely: MY TIME & the Requirements to get a VPN, a Broker, and set up their system...this takes a bit of time -

OH, AND THEY ARE NOT US-BASED AND ALL OF THEIR BROKERS AND SUCH ARE NOT IN THE US...THAT'S A RED FLAG AS WELL!!!!

So THEN...I have to reach out to the Brokerage to ensure that the Server Connection with Trade Pilots is canceled...what a headache! And, now I have to check with my bank to ensure this poorly managed, poorly operated company that allows such lack of support is prevented from stealing any more of my money...Oh and the Brokers they use DO NOT SUPPORT NORMAL BLOCKCHAIN-BASED DEPOSITS (LIKE PAYPAL, PLAID)...AND THEN THE ONLY OPTION IS TO PAY THROUGH CRYPTO...THIRD RED FLAG

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

I’ve been using this Trade pilot for couple of months now and im impressed with the results im getting. I like their support team who helped me every single time a had issues and finally I’m making some money using this Bot. If you are looking for good and reliable EA; this is it. I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

Its a great EA, uses SL and you can define your risk. Has a high win rate, the winners are smaller than the losses, but it wins more than it looses by far. As always in rading there good month and bad month, but overall this EA has been winning, absolute great customer service, updates frequently which makes it a solid comunity.

I’m very happy with the EA, a true set and forgot EA. Too many other EA’s have loads of settings and when they don’t work the developer blames you for using the wrong settings. With this EA the only setting you need to worry about is how much risk you’re willing to take.

Finally a long term EA! Very good EA, I've been using it for 2 months and I'm currently in profit of +1124€. Always present customer support, a great community and a developer always listening for improvements and updates. i also like their transparency. I recommend 🙂

This is one of the best EA's in the game. Super low drawdowns. Most trades last an hour to two max. The markets are in trouble!!

Great EA that is actually profitable and doesn't use any martin gale, grid or any sort of strategy that eventually blows every account. Support has been superb so far. Both Gabriel and Tim are always willing to help on any issue you could face installing and using the EA.
