Over a month and still no delivery
I placed an order on December 5th. It has not moved since December 11th - there's no tracking updates. I emailed Trade Secrets support on Dec 22 and no reply even as of today. I called on Dec 23 and someone said they'd email me back, still no email. I have called several times since and no one picks up the phone. Is this company a scam?

Defective product
Was sent a hairdryer that was clearly an âopen boxâ. Hair dryer motor made a very strange noise, didnât blow air and smelled burnt. Returned defective product and ordered the same dryer from somewhere else which is how I can tell the box I was sent from TS had been opened and probably returned by someone else and resold by TS as new.
