Just wanted to say how impressed I was


Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service at this store today.
Arrived at the store literally 2 mins before closing as I got stuck in traffic. The worker (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was so accommodating and stayed behind to make up my paint and was also very knowledgable of the products available in the shop.
It’s very rare to come across such a conscientious worker these days.

Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff were very knowledgeable and provided good advice in my paint selection. The products were spot on and the service was outstanding.

Best decorators merchant in Aberdeen

Best place in Aberdeen for product and knowledge. I went in not knowing what I wanted or needed and after asking the poor lad a million questions, we settled on the type of paint I required. It's worked wonderfully and my decorator said he will use them every time. Great to have such a gem of a shop so local.

Great store

First time being in this store and won't be the last. Very helpful from the moment I stepped through the door. Managed to get everything I needed, great customer service and large selection of products.

Exceptional service and quality goods!

Exceptional customer service from the store manager! Asked heaps of question in order to find me the right products for my project. The paint they sell is an absolute game changer. Quality is exceptional and it is extremely easy to use, even for a novice like me. This will be the only place I shop for painting going forward. I would highly recommend that you try them out.
