Excellent platform great customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

During trading on multiple accounts, some of my trades were closed while others remained open. After that, I was informed that I had exceeded the daily order limit, even though I had placed only seven orders that day with Market Execution enabled.

This issue affected several of my accounts and caused significant problems. In my opinion, the platform is not reliable enough for managing multiple accounts, and I cannot recommend it until these technical issues are addressed.

Just avoid it.

You place a trade on multiple accounts, they close trades on half of them while the rest remain open, and then they claim you exceeded the daily order limit—even though I had placed only 7 orders that day with Market Execution enabled.

This happened to me with 10 accounts. Imagine if you had 50 accounts and the same issue occurred—you could lose all of them because of what appears to be a serious flaw in their system.

In my experience, this platform is unreliable, and I would not recommend

fantastic tool to copy trades across multiple brokers with multiple integrated tools. The platform is also constantly improving and the support team is very responsive and affective to help

This is the best trade copier if you want to blow your accounts. It didnt close my trade after it closed on the main copier and blew all of my accounts!

For context this was done on tradovate accounts. Trash copier

Brock was able to get my account back active after there was a subscription error In less than 45 minutes

This platform absolutely wrecked me. How is it possible to go short on master and my followers are all in longs totally counter trading my master. This made my accounts blow up, 100% dont recommend this platform.

3 veces me abrieron operaciones solos sin que yo las envie, lo que me redujo el capital de mis 6 cuentas en apex a un limite irrecuperable. cuando sucedio por primera vez me dijeron que era normal, una falla del sistema, pero luego paso 2 veces mas. listo. di de baja todo. tengan cuidado. queme 300k en fondeo por esto. no me interesa ninguna solucion por parte de ellos. solo les cuento mi experiencia, buscare otro copiador.

Pricing is nice and fairly simple to use. Essential for propfirm trading.
