Adding funds took minutes; retrieving them is difficult but luckily 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙩”𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙨 got my money out.

My experience with TradeUltra's customer service regarding my withdrawal request was incredibly frustrating and required an unwarranted amount of effort.

It all began with an email that stated, because my initial deposit of USD 1,000 was made via credit card, only that amount could be returned to my card. Additionally, I was informed that a recent bank statement was necessary for a full withdrawal to my bank account.

I promptly provided my bank account details, only to be told yet again that a bank statement was required. After submitting my information a second time and sending a follow-up email for a status update, I still received no clear response.

Ultimately, I found myself expending a significant amount of time and energy just to obtain an IBAN certificate from my bank to comply with their requests, as acquiring a full bank statement proved to be a challenge. The entire ordeal was marked by unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges and frustrating delays, all for what should have been a straightforward withdrawal. The lack of proactive communication and the burdensome documentation requirements rendered this experience a disappointing chapter in customer service.

My experience with Trade Ultra has been excellent. Their platforms, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, are intuitive and user-friendly. Customer support is available 24/7 and is always prompt and helpful. The competitive spreads and various account types cater to all levels of traders. Additionally, their educational resources and market analysis have greatly enhanced my trading knowledge and strategy.

Hi, I recently had a meeting with Mr Harsh agarwal regarding the IB program with the firm.
I had few suggestions hence I write this review.
While in the meeting I found Mr Harsh agarwal a bit disparaging and off. If he could improve up on his communication it would be really appreciated in the future as during our second meeting I was Introducing my partner with our business proposal and I found his attitude to be a little too arrogant, sorry to say this.
And he also promised to give us details regarding the services which where yet to met .

Bad execution and unregulated broker in GCC

As the name suggests, the trade execution is at ultra lightning speed and I never miss out on opportunities.
