Subject: FINAL NOTICE – Refund Ultimatum (24 Hours)
Dear Team,
This is my final and non-negotiable notice regarding the unresolved Stop Out issue in my account.
Your latest response only presents post-event calculations, but completely fails to justify:
The trigger that caused my equity to turn negative
The abnormal spread spike (EURUSD: 56, GBPUSD: 91)
The exact timeline of margin collapse and liquidation
Such extreme spreads without proper justification clearly indicate either execution irregularity, liquidity issue, or system discrepancy.
Despite multiple opportunities, you have failed to provide complete, verifiable, and time-based data (tick data / spread history / execution logs). Your responses remain inconsistent and incomplete.
Therefore, I am issuing a final 24-hour ultimatum to:
Provide a full audit trail with verifiable data, OR
Process a full refund of my loss (~$320) immediately
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed without further notice to:
File a formal complaint with Securities and Exchange Board of India
Register a case with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court
Escalate to relevant international regulatory authorities
Publicly expose this issue with complete evidence across all media platforms
This matter will be pursued as a case of financial loss due to unfair trading practices, lack of transparency, and possible system manipulation.
Consider this as your final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
