Repair and sell

Sent both my kids phones in to be repaired however managed to sell 1 of the phones as this offered me a good deal on the phone and managed to repair my other kids phone for a very reasonable price. Went to a few other shops and enquired however they couldn't match the price and quality. Will be using them more often in the future.

Great experience selling my mobile


Great experience selling my mobile phone here. The whole process was quick, easy, and straightforward. The staff were friendly and professional, and they offered me a fair price for my phone. Payment was sorted quickly with no hassle. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to sell their phone.

Sent them an iPhone SE

Sent them an iPhone SE purchased in 2022 selecting SE 2022 from their website. The phone was delivered on Sunday and till Thursday they had no clue where the phone was. Called and emailed them so many times sending proof of delivery. They had offered me £90 for that phone on website and on Thursday when they fininal said they have received phone they paid me £34 stating its iPhone 2020 not 2022. It maybe true but they demanded £10 to send the phone back while compare and recycle website said they shall charge £5 if I did not agree with their price. A hopeless and unprofessional company. I shall just put my phone of market place or ebay next time. What a waste of time. I DONT TRUST THEM. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SEND THEM YOUR LOVED DEVICES.
