Happy with service will be back again

They had my device for 11 days without payment. This was a brand-new device sealed box. I called for updates because no one would reply to my emails, I was told same-day payment every day I called.

Offer a good price then knock down to well below market value. If you decide to reject the new charge its cost £10 to return your device. I would never use them again

Not sure I’d use this company again having used others before without issue. Expect them to find a fault and drive price down. Dont be fooled by first high offer like I was!!

Absolute shysters, they managed to find damage that didn’t exist and reduce what they offered me for the phone. That seems to be their business model, give you what looks like a decent quote then renege on that quote once they have your phone in their hands!

I sent two mobiles in one return bag but initially only one mobile was mobile was inspected and priced as per my request on the system. I called customer support and explained the scenario and they duly corrected the sale process and paid out for both according. So well done TYP. Hope to use you again soon.

Lieing about the damage to it, i have video and picturs to prove this.
Takes forever for them to reoffer price.

Prompt efficient service, with the agreed amount for,the phone in my bank account only 3 days after I posted it to them.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before sending off my phone. One they received it they messaged to say the speaker needed serviced and the screen was damaged resulting in £40 less rhan their original offer price. The speakers worked perfectly and the screen was in mint condition. Lesson learned, I'll never use them again.

The gentlemen were really helpful and knowledgeable. They supported me through choosing a new phone and setting up my new phone. I’ve used them for years for my children’s phones. I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service.
