I couldn't imagine my trading without this platform, I really love it! I use it for journaling, back-testing and keeping track of my data. It has everything I need and recently, they integrated prop firm connections. The customer service is also great: the response time is very short and they are always helpful. I would recommend Tradezella to every trader who is looking to be consistently profitable, it will definitely help you a lot!!

Despite no phone support, customer service is excellent! The uploading of past trades by file is very easy and the 1 minute videos for help are short and to the point. They were very helpful via chat and through the mentor process. The information provided on my trades is super valuable and very detailed. I love the AI coaching that is possible just by looking at your data!

So fr, love this tool. I have not even scratched the surface of what it can do. I immediately used it to play back my trades and see what was good and bad. Journaling functionality is extensive. Like this much better than Tradervue, which felt somewhat old to me.

I had an issue with my promo code at checkout and was charged. As soon as I reached out, they got back to me and took care of the problem. I appreciate how the platform works and how easy it is to reach someone through message. I look forward to continuing to use the platform.

First of all, the support is absolutely number one. My message was answered in less than an hour and things were handled flawlessly. And usually support is AI answers but in Tradezella a real person answers your messages. Still the best thing about the tradezella app itself is the trade replay, It helps me return to trades no matter when, what I did right/wrong etc. Tradezella easily beats other journal apps 10/10📈🔥

I'm a struggling trader like so many out there, but the metrics I have gained through TradeZella have been invaluable. The website is laid out very well and easy to negotiate. What really sets TradeZella apart from other sites I've used in my trading journey, is the customer service. TradeZella not only cares about your experience on their platform but also how you're doing as a trader. They seem to be available 24/7, no question too silly or request to small. When I was struggling to pay all the fees we encounter as new traders, they stepped in and offered me a free month. That's never happened to me before, as long as I am a trader, TradeZella will be my go to for Trade Analytics, period. Kevin and Umar have been fantastic support. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the platform.
I knew it from long time , I tried so many others but nothing can compete with tradezella.
The price itself is also good for me. If u are a serious trader u need a great tool to journal and keep reports properly.
Also the customer service is very responsive , solved my issue in very few minutes.
Stresss free. Absolutely worth every dollar❤️

Tradezella is an amazing software for journaling and even backtesting. I also had a few queries where i spoke with Kevin, and he resolved each one for me. He really makes the customer service amazing.

Great Customer service, they are super helpful + kind, Kevin my support agent was amazing. Not related to Kevin but when I requested a broker auto-sync, it took some convincing but they got it done, platform is great. Just need to work on some lags/glitches on the platform and I wish they'd add more features for the pricing, but they are in the process of adding AI for reports which is great! I am currently paying for the highest tier and really only complain is the limited features, other than that I would 100% recommend!
