Their mistakes, your consequences
Pattern I experienced twice:
1) Bet cancelled for "duplicate pick" — but their own rules define the two markets as different. They admitted their system accepted it, their staff missed 7 prior identical bets, and they updated the system after. Still ruled against me.
2) Stage 2 account terminated for hitting the daily loss limit. Their welcome email said 15%, dashboard said 10%. They confirmed the email had been wrong since November 2024 — over a year uncorrected. Said I should have reported it myself. Their offer: 10% discount on a new account.
Both times they admitted the error was theirs. Both times the cost was mine. Documentation available for everything.
The platform works. The accountability doesn't.

For an experienced sports bettor who has multiple accounts in our program at different stages, you know our rules very well. If our system did not detect some of these rules, it would not give an automatic warning. This can happen, but this does not take away that the rule is still there. This is why we check every account as well as manually when they pass from one stage to another. We have these automatic warnings only to make our player see what mistakes he makes or what rule he breaks, and we do our best to make this work 24/7, but even when this system does not work, that does not mean that you can break the rules.
For your second complaint that we had a spelling mistake in a old automatic email you should also know that this was wrong as a experience player in our program with many different accounts in different stages you know that on our main website, in the player dashboard on many different places and in our trading rules their the max daily drawdown is set on 10% and not 15% as in the old automated email. We understand your point that this could lead to you taking more risk than before, and for that reason, we look at all your bets before, and we find out that you also risked the full 10% in one day on many of your bets, which could lead to a max 10% drawdown in the same way as you did with this bet. So this means that even if you knew beforehand that risking the full 10% in one day could get your account disabled, risking only $499 instead of $ 500 would not have happened.
We understand that this is the best way to get rid of your frustration about blowing up another account, but this did not happen because of us; it happened because of the full risk you place on your bets. That we let you go true before with 7 other bets that break the rules was a compensation that our warning system not work and that we willing to give you some discount because of a spelling mistake show that we are willing to compromise and admit our mistakes but you did not blow up your account because of our mistakes as that is because of your own way of risk you are willing to take on your bets per day.
