One of the worst platforms ever, take 3 days just to open an account, lag everyday, "recommended" gateway are never working and if the platform finally access to your trading account you have to refresh every 15 minutes because the candles are stuck and don't move. Whiteout forgetting that if even you can access to your account, the chart doesn't load and of course you can't trade !

Stumbled on TradingThings and it's absolutely amazing. I'm on a Mac and I use it to trade my Rithmic Apex account— so grateful to the team for putting this together. The support is great in the Discord. Annd uhhmm I think that's it! Stores your credentials in your local browser or you can choose to enter them every time.

If you trade rithmic accounts and you chart to tradingview you need this platform very clean and professional, guess what its also free i have used it and i love it.

Isn’t it weird how we’re skeptical of anything that’s free? “Too good to be true,” usually holds up. Except when it comes to TradingThings.

After reading several people saying it was legit on Reddit, I took the plunge. And holy crap, am I glad I did! This is by far the best free mobile charting platform out there. I use it on my Mac when I can’t get to my regular trading PC, and on my iPhone when I’m on the road. It’s got just enough to be powerful and not too much to be tedious.

Also, Abdou’s Discord server is excellent. He’s super responsive, always looking to make it better, and welcomes people’s suggestions for next features. He is a one-man operation, and—funnily enough—not looking to get rich of selling people charting software but on day trading himself! Imagine that.

I recommend TradingThings to all my trading friends.

My only qualm is not with TradingThings but with Tradovate: they’re taking their sweet time to approve his application for Tradovate/CQG data. At present (Nov 2025), it’s still only compatible with Rithmic data. Hurry up, people!

I’ve used this for months, never had any problems. Works as you’d expect a more established platform to work. Layout is near identical to TradingView so it’s very easy to switch to. Still lacks copy trading but apart from that it has everything I need and done well.
