Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time as promised. Deck screws were exactly as ordered

I found trailer decking.com in the searching / learning about the hard woods to rebuild my 2 small trailers. I called up and spoke to a Marco who took the time to answer my questions and educate me on the wood choices and what I would likely need. Better still, their warehouse was within driving durance allowing me to choose each piece.

The staff was ready for me hours before my scheduled arrival time and assisted me in picking out each board, strapping them all together and loading it onto my trailer including the flag for the overhanging load.

The Apitong wood was cheaper than the redwood I had originally considered and a superior product for the job. I'm very pleased to have learned about this and just as satisfied as my dealings with the company. I would do business again with them again when the time comes.

I thought the ease of ordering was great! However, I received communication from the company informing me that if I did not receive an invoice by the date provided I should call the number provided and request one.
Hmm.. I don't think that should be the customer's responsibility. And, yes, I did have to call.

In the era of Amazon, I get a little bit skeptical purchasing from websites, just because of vendor guarantees. But I was thoroughly impressed by the product and how fast it was delivered. I’m not a robot, and I’d order again.

Deliviery arrived at an expected time, qty and length as expected, The wood was extremely warped we had to use several clamps and 2 people to get the boards in place to screw down on the trailer deck.
