Loving Abi's challenges!!
I'm currently on my second 8 week challenge with Abi and blown away with how much my confidence in the gym has grown! As someone who would avoid the weight areas in gyms and just throw together some random exercises in the moment, I now feel comfortable using a range of equipment and machines and pushing myself that little bit more.
Abi is super supportive and no question is a silly question! She's really helpful in showing you how to set up exercises in the gym and what good technique and form looks like, regularly sharing videos for the group to learn from. She's always quick to respond to any questions whether that's about a particular exercise, nutrition or you just need a bit of reassurance. And as a trainer Abi very much promotes a healthy lifestyle, taking into consideration that everyone has good/not so good days, everyone's busy schedules & social life, the need to still enjoy yourself and indulge etc. and to remove all self-criticism. No judgement here at all!!!

Abi is truly the best! She made me feel so comfortable and helped grow my confidence in the gym massively.
She inspires me daily and has such a great outlook on life in and out of the gym that transpires in her work, she gives the best guidance and would never punish you for over indulging, allowing you to enjoy life while still working hard to achieve your goals.

Being able to train online with Abi ensures that I work out consistently because it is so convenient! Abiâs teaching and training has gradually built my strength, and I so appreciate her constant encouragement and reminders.
My goal at age 60 is to maintain (and not lose!) muscle strength, but I have actually gained strength, muscle tone and confidence too. What started out as a whim has become a regular part of my routine that I enjoy. Abby keeps it appropriately challenging and fun.
The best PT experience!
I've now completed two 8 week online PT programs with Abi as well as attended a number of in person 1-1 sessions with her in the gym. Over these 8 weeks I have gained a huge amount of confidence in myself and in going to the gym. Abi motivates me each week and is such an amazing support and inspiration throughout the plan. I've truly learnt how important it is to fuel your body and not be embarrassed or self conscious in the gym environment, something I always struggled with! Not only does Abi provide daily, detailed workout plans through the app, she also regularly checks in and makes sure everything is going to plan which I think is so important!
Alongside the PT sessions, I've been to a load of Abi's boxing classes, which are always amazing and leave me feeling full of endorphins!!!

The Queen of PT
Abigail Mak is an actual ray of sunshine. I have trained twice with her now, the first time was a couple of weeks after having a baby. She was encouraging, kind and worked to give me great workouts that didn't involve my healing abs. Two years later I am now training with Abi again (online) she creates fun and easy to follow work outs that are pushing me in the gym and have given me so much confidence to explore all corners of the gym that I would normally shy away from because I didn't know what I was doing and it felt intimidating. Abi uploads my full work out and videos that demonstrate how to do each exercise onto an app that is extremely easy to use and I can track all of my progress. Abi checks in with me regularly with me to see how I'm doing and personalises my workouts based on the feedback I give her. Working out is an entirely new and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
