Tried to get info on how much certain courses cost, what the course curriculum covers, etc. On their website they said that if I provided them some info (e.g. email, name, number, etc) that I would have access to the course guide.

Big old lie, wasn't it? Now I'm just getting calls from them, no information on this 'course guide' has been provided, and they are just collating information on me as we go.

Terrible service, and terrible way to try and get our info. Guess I'll look elsewhere for a service

I aked info for a property course and I received it with costs and duration.

Very helpful, polite and respectful people. Stayed on the phone with me to enrol to a course Im now enrolled to as well as was really helpful in guiding me through all the modules so I understand it all in how is all works. I will be coming back to do another course once finished with my current course. :)

Friendly staff member contacted me and answered my questions but I am yep to get an email back in regards to course outlne and pricing

the customer service is one of the best I have dealt with, they are friendly and so helpful and the best thing is they know what they are talking about.

This course was very informative and relative to what I needed for my research.

Training .com.au has been helpful. UAC is now asking for training that I'm undertaking after being advised that I didn't need to fill it in on the pre-enrolment application. I haven't been issued with a password for access so I can not procced. I'm stuck supply information that Western University is asking for.

I couldn’t found the exact course I wanted after searching for a long time. I was finding an online course ( aged care IV ),but couldn’t find it.

Helped get me in touch with a great training provider.

It was great to talk to the staff at this site. Things were well explained upon asking questions and was understood. It was very much appreciated to talk with the team .

never gained a lot of information about the courses I inquired about. The last contact I made was how much the course would cost. Did not receive a reply.
I did say I am retired and was just a hobby course, I do not require any diplomas etc.
Not very impressed.

Sent me the wrong course information then several phone calls despite me specifying I wanted all info via emailm

Easy to navigate plus gives you more than one option in course choice.
